This company will offer you a great deal, if you pay them following their "special" instructions. Once they recieve your funds, they will provide fake shipping/tracking info, then ask for a refundable upon delivert insurance fee of $200.00 0r more. Don't pay them. They are total scammers. Once they have your money, they won't ever ship your order. They are cons and thieves.

They are scammers!!! I paid $125.00. Then they emailed me 3 weeks later saying I had 6 hours to pay another $150.00 for shipping insurance. (on their website it says all shipping and insurance are free) This would make the cigarettes a lot more than at the local store. I knew if I paid more they would scam/steal that money too. So I lost everything.!!!

I sent money via cash app, but they never sent my order. I was chatting with them consistently until the payment went through, but no response after that. I've requested a refund twice.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I've already submitted a consumer complaint via CA AG. This company isn't even responding to the AG!

Ok, I tried to pay cheapcartoncigarettess.com for my online order via PayPal. I followed their explicit emailed instructions to pay an individual (Benjamin Hutchisson) versus their company. It was a red flag, but I don't use PayPal that often, so I went with it.

I also inquired about Venmo but was emailed by a separate entity with a spam-like address under the guise of Susan Myers saying Venmo wasn't available at this time.

It was less than 24 hours by the time I made an effort to follow through with the payment instructions. I woke up to an email the next morning from a different individual saying my money was refunded because I had waited too long. This time please "pay on time and click on the (PayPal) link below," which contained a new individual's name. I replied to this guy, Account Manager: Paul Stephensons, and asked what he meant by "paying on time. Is there a time limit?" He replied, "No there is no time limit. What I mean is pay as soon as possible so we can confirm your payment and send you a tracking number." But I had already paid as soon as possible once before..

It was getting too complicated and bizarre for me. I thanked him for his response but said I needed to think about it. Hence, I ended up here and found all these other reviews. I'm grateful for that! I forgot to do my research beforehand. I'm hoping you did not and that's why you're here.

Another little tidbit I found odd about this company.. Why were they needing to convert my USD to British pounds if the company is located in Los Angeles? At least that was the address for them at the bottom of Susan Myers email to me. Too fishy.

Paypal, Zelle, Bitcoin, and cash app. The Cash App account is $Dave2813 and it's still open. It was opened on 5/2020. Don't send these people a dime. This was a $150 lesson learned. Unfortunately, just like the other reviewers on here l have been ripped off. Everything looked legit but in the end l got nothing. They are complete scammers and stupidly l fell for it. As they say, if it seems too good to be true then it is too good to be true. I have reported them to PayPal and they are going to block them. PLEASE, do not attempt to purchase from them.

Don't deal with them. You will never get your product. You have to pay with irrevocable funds like Zelle or CashApp. They send you fake tracking then a few days later they say you have to pay for insurance as your order is stuck in customs. I was so stupid to place an order but not stupid enough to pay them another $200 for their fake insurance. Don't fall for it! Their website looks legit and checks out on whois, etc. and they are nice as pie until you pay and then want to know where your order is. You'll never hear another word from them unless it's another request to send the $200 insurance. You'll never see a single smoke!!
