Cheapcigarettes Avis

DO NOT BUY OFF THESE. WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE I WASTED MY MONEY.
They supplied smelly smelly mouldy tobacco. When I emailed them the replied to cut the mouldy bits off and let them know the weight. Seriously as if this was an appropriate answer, and I would smoke their horrible smelly mouldy tobacco.
When I replied back with photos and an video nothing back. Total scammers of the worst. I have reported them to numerous agencies and hopefully karma will kick them where it hurts.

don't buy any of these scammers. I bought from them and received nothing and after I paid them they stopped answering my e-mails.

Foul tasting, would not burn putrid tobacco do not buy! Had to throw it in the bin wasn’t smokeable

Bought 4 “drum” tobacco the taste is awful and it stinks.it is also mouldy.
Do not buy from these scammers. I am surprised they still operate.

Thank you guys for your feedback, was going to be one of these scammers victims , but your feedback saved my pocket , I won’t buy from this site.
Bottom line F*** the Australian government for the Ridiculous Prices of tobacco

ABSOUTELYDISGUSTING SERVICE!!! DO NOT USE THESE MONGRELS!!! The quality of their cigarettes are dreadful and I found a foreign beetle half dead in one of the boxes of cigs. They will not return or respond to my emails and they will not refund me!!! I should've known right from the start when I received my order that the return/sender's address was in fact my own address. They are operating illegally and that's why you cannot track the lowlifes down!!!

This week I ordered Shisha tobacco from cheapcigarettes.com.au and I have to say I am very happy.
I was a little concerned with the feedback on this site, but I had no issue at all and they reassured me many times.
The customer service was A grade. They responded to all emails and gave me full information including tracking code.
Then I recieved the package in a day.
The product itself I cant complain. It is good and knowing how limited shisha tobacco is in Australia at the moment It was great service. Thank you Sam you were helpful ad I apprecaite your help during these tough times.

Over three weeks and no delivery.
At first responded to my emails, but now, nothing !!!
Save your money - this "company " is definitely dodgy.
Update: received email saying my order had been cancelled due to non payment!!! I have a screenshot with the payment on it.
I'm furious!!!!!!!

I have since lodged an inquiry with Consumers Affairs since my last review and am waiting to hear back from them. If we all do it maybe we can get these crooks shut down.

First order was ok still not great quality
but the second order was unsmokable mouldy crap do not buy from this site or from ozziesmokes.com.au This site Offers premium quality floor sweeping Smokeable but would not recommend
Try cheap smokes when available
sends from Brisbane
do not buy from Melbourne

Just Don’t Order!
Ordered 2 x Golden Virginia and 2 x ‘Drum’ tobacco. Received email saying sent, when I asked about tracking I was told they didn’t have access to the tracking number. Thought this was weird. Then I was sent a message saying that golden Virginia was not avail so they had sent 4x drum instead.....

I should have been offered a refund at this point. I received the tobacco which was actually sent yesterday (not last week). It is extremely dark and smells mouldy, arriving in freezer bags, it’s no wonder. Nothing like drum! I have sent multiple emails and no response, and I guess my email is now blocked.

I will be taking this further. For those interested they trade under the name “cheap trade” and their abn is 75760105442.

Don’t be dumb like me, these guys are dodge...

I contacted Cheapcigarettes Melbourne via email and request to buy cash and collect.

Any reason why transaction cannot be in person while I am prepare to drive anywhere Melbourne?
Being retiree, I need to be assure what I pay for.
The mix review on Cheapcigarettes is not helping with scary fraud and scam happenings from other sites
Thank you

These people are fraudulent heartless creeps. They stole $200 that I entrusted in them in exchange for ‘ DRUM’ tobacco.
What I received was 350gms of dregs.
All the loose rubbish that sits at the bottom of our pouches when we know we’re running out to buy more because we won’t smoke it.
I paid $200 for that.
I’ve sent probably 40 emails in fury and desperation to no avail.
You know we’re all aware that what we/they are doing is below the belt of the law but it’s still trade and receive that is trust based.
That’s the way we are here in Aus. An agreement we can count on has always been our way. Thanks mate it’s a deal.
To blatantly steal and lie has always been something we abhor. It’s the lying more than anything I reckon.
I only received my package yesterday so I’m still fuming.
There are ways to find these people if you know how. I do so I’m working on it.
I’ll keep you posted but meanwhile stay away from this lot. They actively pursue desperate people to steal from. Particularly pensioners from what I’m hearing.
They are thieves without conscience.

It is not necessary illusions. Go to the website of a Russian or Ukrainian supermarket and see the prices of cigarettes.
Example: 1400 rubles for 10 packs of Winston, this is 21 dollars and the wholesale price! + they need to deliver goods across the ocean and make a profit. It's unreal.
In Asia, Russia, Ukraine, a huge number of fakes. Which cost 50 cents a pack, you can't smoke them. They are made from algae, which is impregnated with nicotine. These cigarettes are sent to you. If at all send anything, and not stupidly steal money. You can’t buy a pack of cigarettes with good tobacco for $ 2 anywhere. This is not possible in Russia, Ukraine, Asia, etc.
If you want cigarettes cheaper than in USA, UK, other countries, go to our website : cheapcigarettes.shop.
We just go to the nearest supermarket, buy legal cigarettes and send them to you. If you have any questions write to WhatsApp: +7 985 614 20 53

Block you after getting money. Save your money and avoid this Scam Artist

Its a SCAM. Send your package to Incorrect address and then stop replying.
You NEVER get money back and DONT receive anything.

I make a commande 80€value and i don.t received the product.It.s a scam.

Scammers, Bought Golden Virginia and sent me some S***

Spent $400 on these " cigarettes" ( supposedly Drum rolling tobacco.)
When it arrived it was disgusting chop chop.Nothing whatsoever like Drum.

I should have noticed the warning signs of these scammers :

1# They want a direct deposit into their bank account. If they were legit they would have a Pay pal option.

2# They have a minimum order total of 4 items. This is because they know their product is crap so they will lose customers and so want to get the maximum amount of money from you that they can.

3# They had no return address on the back of the package. They obviously don't want to be identified.

The whole business is a scam and I have reported them to the department of Fair Trade. They are looking into it.
If you want cheap smokes - go to your local tobacconist instead.

I spent about 700$ on 4 boxes of Marlboros
These were supposed to be from Philippines or UAE but they were fake Chinese unsmoked rubbish
I could of died if I was a new smoker or didn't know what Marlboros were
