Cheap Furniture Warehouse LTD Avis

great communication.
speedy delivery
very happy with this service

Product was delivered in time. I was pleased and impressed through out the progress and product was of good quality.

I would not recommend this company.

The item arrived in a ripped box that had clearly been opened before delivery. As a result, I could not properly inspect every part without completely unpacking and dismantling the item, which would have made returning it even more difficult.

The company insisted that I identify and replace individual parts rather than accepting that the product had arrived in an unacceptable condition. They did not seem to understand that once I opened and assembled more of the item to find additional faults, it could affect my ability to return it.

They also refused to cover the return costs for what I believe was a faulty item. The product was extremely heavy, and I no longer had suitable packaging once the damaged box had been opened. I ended up having to pay for a courier myself, which meant losing a significant amount of money.

Very disappointing customer service and poor handling of a legitimate complaint. I would not purchase from this company again.

Still waiting for my delivery after it is constantly being rescheduled.

Excellent service when I had to return my item

The service was great from start to finish with a very quick delivery time

Great Communications. Fast response to all queries.
Excellent Customer Service

The 2 seater rattan effect bistro set was well packaged and delivered on time. The bistro set was good value and looks very stylish. The chairs are comfortable and the table was easy to assemble. I am very happy.

Really happy with the purchase, very good price, product was nicely packed and the delivery was quick.

I literally come across this company online and decided to have a look as I'd been wanting a rotary washing line for a good while, then I came across one on this site, it was nearly 12 midday and thought I'd missed next day delivery (which I may add is free delivery on everything) how fantastic I tell you, so I decided to purchase a rotary washing line for 20 quid and it was delivered to my address the very next morning (amazing) the product it's self is Bob on cannot fault it.. I'll be definitely purchasing from this company again.. 👌 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Well packaged and delivered within the time specified. The price was very good. Only took a few days for them to deliver and brought it into my home. Very good cannot fault them.
