When we landed st Alicante Airport we received a WhatsApp message with clear instructions where to meet our driver. He was waiting for us. It was a clean comfortable car. Dropped us off at the hotel in a professional manner. Our return transfer was the same. 10 out of 10

The driver Was Wating for us with a plate with my name and surname on the airport. So we can Find him very quickly. It Was a plaesure to travel. When we Come back from Hotel to airport driver send me a message, that he arrived. So this Was really efficiently.

Brand new vehicle very courteous drivers

The best transfer company we've used & we've used a fair amount of the transfer company's over the years. The are competitively priced, lovely clean cars & the drivers have all been lovely, we wouldn't consider using anyone else.

Excellent service, arrived before time on an early morning run to the airport. Lovely car and driver. Very reasonable price.

They were very punctual and cars were comfy and spotless. Drivers both ways were very friendly and when we arrived off the plane he even had a few bottles of water in the car for us. Can't rate them enough.

First time trip to Alicante. I ore booked a return taxi with the company.
Their communication via WhatsApp was excellent, even providing me some tips on places to visit. Both ends drivers were on time very pleasant, again provided us some useful local knowledge and on the way back, the driver had realised there was an accident (via a Google maps notification) and managed in time to set on an alternative route to get us to the airport well on time. The tailbacks from what we could see where huge, so most likely would have missed the flight.
Definitely use them again and no happy to recommend them.

Used Cheap Transfer Benidorm for our group holiday in November. Driver texted with clear instructions for us. Mini bus was spotless and driver very helpful. On return was sent info about pick up. Very cheap price as well. Will definitely be using them again when we go again in March.

Paco picked us up on arrival and was so friendly and kind, dropped off right outside our door. Due to having to change our accommodation I contacted cheap transfers to advise our collection would be from another location and within minutes they confirmed change was made. Sunday morning Jesus arrived 10 mins early and we were outside waiting and he was also friendly and we had a speedy transfer back to the airport.

We booked a return trip from Alicante to Benidorm, for 12:15 on 14th Nov & 04:00 on 16th Nov. We received an information email a couple of days before travelling, which included our pick-up details and an emergency WhatsApp contact. Both our drivers arrived on time and were very professional, the vehicles clean & comfortable. Only minor drawback was that the second driver did not have a card reader, so I had to find a cash machine. Had I been advised of this prior to our journey, I could have got the cash beforehand.
All in all, EXCELLENT SERVICE.
