Our driver was so friendly he was very polite he picked us up at the airport and then picked us to take us back to airport I will be using them again next year when we go back

Veldig hyggelig sjåføree, rene biler, kom tidsnok og hadde med utstyr som bestilt.

Driver was there to meet us - very professional service - very Smart driver - Sent whats app to tell us wwhere he was waiting with photo. On return text again - and asked if we liked the music he was playing and if not he would turn off - It was soothing music. Very polite and well mannered driver - same one that picked us up at the start. Can highly reccomend. Have used many times and will do in the future .

Excellent service ,our flight was delayed for 45mins I was worried ,but the driver was there waiting ,with my name clear on a ipad,short walk to the car and a efficient service to resort. Return journey was on time and plenty of time at the airport.Will definitely use them again ,good price and on time

Cheap Transfers from Alicante to Benidorm. Firstly charged me twice then said they hadnt received the extra payment it took 3 weeks and me getting evidence from my bank until they agreed to repay me. OK I thought honest mistake then we arrived at Alicante after ringing them to confirm everything the week before. Transfer was running late and when he did arrive it was a smaller size then we had booked as we specifically booked extra size vehicle as we had a lot of luggage. We ended up travelling for an hour with suitcases rammed between us and the seats incredibly uncomfortable and very unsafe.
I contacted them and they said they would repay us but we had one payment of 30 Euros out of 140 and now they are ignoring our messages.
Please be aware it was bad enough to make me post this my first time complaining online in my 58 years.
Maybe it was just us but I wont be going anywhere them again....

The no hassle, friendly and efficient service was perfect! The drivers were courteous and friendly and were at our collection and pick up points early.

Driver was there waiting for us,exactly where he said.Drove us straight to check in & waited for us,then took us to apt.Picked us up bang on time for airport.10/10.

We booked transfer round trip, and when we arrived Alex was waiting for us. He commiticated by text so it was easy to keep in touch when our luggage was a bit late. We arrived at night but he was still friendly and chatty with us. On our return Carlos was exactly on time, fixed the seat for our toddler and seated him in. He was really friendly and chatted with us on the ride and told us a lot since he was local from the area. Very nice drivers and very good price for the transport! Will absolutely use again next time we come to Alicante area.

Keurig netjes op tijd. Fijne chauffeurs.

Taxi van El Campello naar luchthaven Allicante. Chauffeur was ruim op tijd en liet ons netjes weten dat hij er al was. Fijne chauffeur onderweg fijn gesprek gehad. Wij gaan zeker weer gebruik maken van Cheap Transfer Benidorm.

Amazing experience, just came back from a weekend in Benidorm. Driver was there waiting for us in the airport and on our return. Helped with the cases. Made the experience perfect

The airport pickup and transfer was 1st class however the return pickup was not from hotel but about 100m away. This was concerning that we were not in the right place. Do not need the stress at the end of a holiday worrying about getting flight.
Biggest complaint is we were picked up and dropped at airport 3 hrs before our flight. There is no option on the website to request/change pickup times.

Driver Manu was great, he kept in contact with me on his progress to collect us, was polite and friendly, I will definitely use again couldn’t fault them
