So very happy I did it.
For years, I wasn't ready to sell my property for different reasons. I received a phone call from them regularly just to see how I was doing. I received help (for free) dealing with a tenant. That blew my mind. I realized I was dealing with professional people who really cared. I finally sold my property and they were by my side every step of the way. Professionals with an attitude of solving any problem you have. They are all outstanding and I couldn't be happier.

Recommend using a real estate broker to find your next tenant
Needing to secure a new tenant while travelling for work put me in a difficult spot. Victoria, at Cheff-Lanctot, took over all advertising, organizing showings, vetting prospects, and finalizing contracts. By the time I got back from my business trip all I needed to do was approve and sign off. My tenant is an excellent fit for the rental unit and I could not be more pleased. I l would not only recommend this service, but I intend to use this service the next time I need to secure another tenant.
