Great service and great product at great price.

I had a really positive experience. The service was excellent from start to finish, communication was clear and consistent, and I was kept informed every step of the way. It’s always reassuring to know exactly what’s happening with your order, and they did a great job of that.

Delivery was right on time as promised, which made the whole process smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a reliable and professional service that I wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend to others.

My experience with Chelsea Supplies was excellent from start to end. I spoke to a lovely sales team, and Mia was really helpful throughout the whole process. Delivery was quick and efficient. I received my delivery within two working days. The radiators were of high quality and I will definitely recommend others.

Horrendous service from start to finish.

I ordered a radiator while their website was down and received no confirmation email or tracking details. When I contacted them days later, I was told they had no record of my order.

I then had to place the order again, only to later find out that the original order had actually been processed and delivered — incorrectly — and in the wrong colour.

Customer service was extremely poor throughout. Rather than taking responsibility for their mistakes, the response felt scripted and dismissive, with managers talking over my concerns instead of resolving them.

Overall, a complete lack of communication, accountability and basic customer service. I would not buy from this company online again

Great service, very reliable.

Bought our radiators late on the Sunday night and they were with us by Wednesday evening, lovely looking radiators, we've not installed them yet but I can't wait to see them up.
Delivery guy gave plenty of notice for a time and was really helpful and friendly.
Ooooonly point would be for an update maybe the day before to say what day they would arrive, when I ordered it gave us a 2 day window thankfully we were around as it was a late delivery.
Will definitely recommend or buy again when we need to 😊

I needed some fence panels as I had some tradesmen working on my garden project. I rang Chelsea Supplies up on the Monday to check some product details and confirm that they could deliver my order by the end of the week. I advised them of where I live and was told that they would get the order to me if I placed it quickly. I did this but didn't get an email confirmation until Tuesday morning. As I hadn't had any notification about delivery by Wednesday morning I telephoned them and they said that they would get back to me with delivery details. They didn't. I called again on Thursday morning. They said they would get back to me with delivery details by 12.00 and yet again didn't. As I had no confidence that I would get my order I cancelled it by email on the Thursday. They acknowledged this stating that my refund would be processed. I hadn't received my refund by the following Tuesday, so emailed them again. They did reply to my email but still no refund. It is my opinion that they were never going to honour my order but just wanted my money. I would advise that you do not order fencing from this company.

Ordered my radiator from Chelsea supplies which I received within 3 days. Really impressed with text message day before delivery saying would arrive at 11.20am and on the dot of 11.20 it arrived.

Very professional great radiators great service

Straight forward enough, took four days delivery but we live in Cumbria, delivery driver was excellent and the radiator is just what we wanted so thanks for that,

Placed an order for a radiator and bought the wrong valve. emailed to get an exchange/refund or replacement and was rectified promptly

W got off to a bad start but after problems with the company's website my fencing arrived and is up and looks fantastic. Glad I re-ordered. Great product.

Being Pensioners price plays a big part of our buying, Chelsea were by far the cheapest, their website made everything quick and easy, delivery was super fast have yet to unbox the radiator yet as waiting for Gasman to come and fit, thoroughly recommend them to anyone

Price of radiator and value was excellent as was the service and communication for delivery. Arrived on the date given and before the time given, by a very helpful driver.

I love all my radiators I've had mirror and designer one excellent delivery service .
