Order #111193]
Order #111193]
I ordered radiator valves, and was informed that they would arrive 2-3 days later, so I thought it was probably worth the £10 delivery charge. I finally received them 8 frustrating days later after repeated phone calls and emails, repeatedly being ignored or given not very truthful responses. After approximately 8 attempts to get them, they finally posted them on tracked 24, which didn't cost the £10 delivery payment.
Based on my experience, I would advise people to stay away from this company if using contractors, unless they have weeks to wait for them.
