Chemco Pharmacy Avis 

​I strongly advise against shopping here due to an absolute lack of respect for the customer's choices and time.
​Before my order was shipped, the shop offered me an alternative product (10% Urea balm instead of the 5% version I ordered). I sent a clear email explicitly refusing this alternative and stating I would wait for the correct item. Despite my direct refusal, they deliberately went ahead and shipped the unwanted product anyway. It wasn’t an accidental packing mistake; they completely ignored my decision.
​To make matters worse, resolving the issue they created was a nightmare. Arranging a DPD collection to return the item took over a week of constant back-and-forth emails. I was asked to stay at home on multiple days, but the courier repeatedly failed to show up. My free time was completely wasted because of their poor coordination and empty apologies.
​While they eventually issued a refund (only because the original product was discontinued), the stress and hours spent fixing a situation I never asked for were unacceptable. Avoid this shop if you expect your instructions to be respected.

I received the product but in a small pack when I ordered and paid for the large one. I have emailed and phoned but have not had a reply as of yet. I do really get concerned about a company who do not interact when there's an issue like this. I will update if resolved Update

Do not buy from this supplier, they do not fulfill orders and do not respond to emails, zero contact.

I have ordered from Chemco a few times now. I placed an order yesterday after lunch and it was delivered to me (Co. Cork) this morning by DPD. Just fantastic.

I made an order two weeks ago. There was an issue with the company that was delivering my order. I phone, left messages and sent emails several times. No one is answering the phone and no one has got back to me. Terrible customer service. My advice would be to stay clear from this company.

I placed an order on 25th July to arrive in 2/3 days. i received an email telling me there was a problem and order would be delayed by a further 3/4 day. Despot sending 2 further emails i have received no reply

Do not buy from this supplier online. They substituted my order with a completely different product and wont respond to any of my emails.

The delivery was fast and they gave me some extra sample cosmetic products.

Such bad service got the wrong order which is fine these things happen. What is really annoying are the broken promises from their customer service. Promised to arranged same day delivery and collection never happened. Then they confirmed dispatch of my replacement order 3 days later still no order. No response when I call or email asking for a tracking number. Never again

Really fast delivery.Second time ordering from this company and will again for sure.A lovely touch when i opened my order today a full size lip mask included for free and beautifully packaged such a nice product thank you.Will definitely be using Chemco again.

I expected this item before my birthday or at least on my birthday. Well, guess what? Theyre just giving me a disappointment! After my order was confirmed i never received any update if it's been shipped. I tried to track it through shop ( i have to download that app which is so inconvenient) it didn't work. tried tracking it again but finding the tracking page is like a needle in a haystacks, never found it. Be cautious in purchasing from this pharmacy.

Update: they refunded me after i emailed them for a refund.

Ordered yesterday.
Recieved delivery by DPD today.
Much cheaper than the alternative chemists.
I'm thrilled.
