Could not get through to number and took to much money out of my account so here is the number for you to call is 1800 694 7254 and it's customer services one lady I had she was trying look and it wouldn't let her so she gave me her number also to call back if customer services does not help me and she will try it again her system was updating that's why

I have tried for days to get intouch with them to no avail i dont under stand can some one give me a working number ive had this policy sence 2017 ill be calling better bissuness burrow tommrow on cherish life incurance and ill be reporting to my local authorities

I found the way, call savings Bank mutual Life of Massachusetts, I called them left a message and they called me within an hour and resolved my situation I'm a very happy customer cuz like you all and all the other reviews I was stressed out too.. so there you have it.. hope this helps have a nice day

As of 1/1/22 this company started applying monthly loans to my policy. I have tried to get ahold of them on multiple different occasions. Everytime I try to contact them I am told to leave a message. I try to leave a message and and they "can't hear" me which results in a hangup with instructions to call at a later time.

Been paying $48.99 amonth since feb 2 ,2017 could not get ahold of anyone to give my new card # too ,I called for over a month I call my state telephone # that is listed in my booklet they said that cherish life is on their list! Can someone help me ? I have spent alot of money to have life insurance that I dont have .

What the entire hell is going on with this company! Folks are calling a listed phone number for Cherish Life @ 855-552-4347 that number has been disconnected for months.. does anyone know if this company is scamming people for fake life insurance coverage…I need my money from Cherish Life Co. that is rightfully owed to me,However” no one never answered a single phone call for months… now they’re saying 855-552-4374 has been disconnected.. like what the fuk!.5 yrs.of collecting burial funds from me the company just suddenly vanished!…I will definitely be filling a police report against them as well as the Saving Bank Mutual Life Insurance Company of Massachusetts.. Please do not trust this company Cherish Life for funeral protection, It’s a big ass SCAM!

Whats going on with this company. I've been a member for over 6 yrs. now all of a sudden I noticed they stopped taking my payment 3 months ago. I talked to a customer service representative, she told me they would take the 3 payments from my social security this month. Now I get a letter saying I'm behind in my payments. I can't get anyone on the line to talk to me. I need help. I've faithfull paid these people all these years for my funeral protection and they will not respond to my calls. What do I do? Someone help me please.

I've been a member of this Funeral Protection Plan for three years. I received a letter from you guys staying that my card was about to expire. I called to give a new expiration date one of the assistant took my information and said everything was good,now I received another letter telling me once again I may lose my protection for reasons I explained earlier, but there is still money being take out of my account. On top of all of this I'm not able to talk to anyone about this.
