DO NOT BUY! IT IS A MASSIVE SCAM! THEY DON’T RESPOND TO EMAILS OR INQUIRIES! THEY DON’T REFUND! I’D RATE MINUS STARS IF IT WAS POSSIBLE! I received cheap plastic rings, a jar of makeup blenders, and some stickers… definitely not the 10 items I paid for, clearly not a scoop shop either since everyone else on review is receiving exactly the same items! I’m so disappointed and wish I didn’t waste my money on their BS.. I can’t find them on Instagram anymore either so hopefully Instagram has caught up to their BS as well!!!

I ordered for the first time on the 2nd of December for a Christmas gift for my daughter and I can't even track it. It stops at 12th of December at customs then nothing. What a scam should have read the reviews first.

What a joke, 6 items shoved into a bag that was suppose to be 3 mystery scoops of 30+ items, plus stitch plush toy and bonus gift.
Absolutely disgusted as this was to be Christmas present.
Tried contacting, no response and email bounced back.
Low life scumbags, basically stealing money, can't report to paypal or anyone to shut this crap down.
Avoid at all costs, only seems to be the ones who pay for the video to get the full red carpet service, or basically false advertising.

If I could leave a zero star I would. I ordered 1 scoop and got 12 crappy bracelets very poorly made. Nothing like the amazing bracelets like were shown on the videos. Nothing extra or even worth the amount of money I spent. I will never order from this company again. Completely false advertisement. I feel cheated. I was even nice and gave a tip. Do better!

If I could give a negative rating I would. A huge SCAM. Pure junk comes. Don't waste your money.

I concerned after reading these reviews. I order from these guys a little while ago. Now worried about what they might have in them if I ever get them them. Judging from what others are saying sounds alot like false advertising and cheap products that don't match what is in their videos. Will have to see if I ever get the package

Do NOt order from them. I ordered a Christmas present for my granddaughter. I paid $41.00 plus $8.00 shipping and got a few pieces of cheap junk, worth $5.00 at the most. I requested a refund and they will not reply. They have now blocked my emails.

Can tell that theres no actual scooping being done when you dont pay for the you tube video. I received 4 things. A TEENY TINY quarter sized sticky notes with about 10 pieces. A broken watch with a bracelet that wouldnt close (counted as 1 item as they came together as a matching set) 4 beauty blenders in a cheap jar, 1 small sheet of REALLY cheap stickers that barely stick that were badly printed. No nails. Not even a pen. Everything had a barcode on it so you can tell it came from a distribution center amd no scoop was actually done. super slow shipping took almost a month to arrive! Ordered 11/17 didnt receive until 12/11

This was the worst scam ever. For $40 you get stickers and $10 rings. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. The whole "surprise" was just Dollar Store junk as the others reviews state.

Paid £60 for about a fivers worth of total crap, don’t get sucked in by Facebook videos!!

Total scam if i could rate negative i would. Purchased mystery scoop and bracelets, they were dollar store items not worth the purchase. 90 dollars worth total of 12 dollars in merchandise, maybe. Such a horrible misrepresentation, do not trust.

They advertise supposed items on Facebook videos making people believe these are the items that people will receive. I placed an order for 4 scoops as well as 1 scoop bracelets. In the videos it’s shows them doing 2,3 or 4 scoop orders for people and all the products that person is suppose to receive. I however purchased 4 scoops and received 4 kids items not even close to what is shown in the video. The bracelets they claim to send is also false as I received 1 kids plastic bracelet. Nothing like what is shown in the video. Their website claims they will respond to emails within 24 hours but then NEVER respond to emails or Facebook messages. Over £90 I spend and it’s a complete scam!

If i could give this website a -5 star rating I would do that x 100. COMPLETE SCAM, NOT AT ALL WHAT IS VERY CLEARLY STATED AND SHOWED IN THEIR VIDEOS. A TOTAL WASTE OF $50. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, ITS A JOKE AND THEY ARE ROBBING PEOPLE OF THEIR MONEY.

I bought the cheapest option and of course there was a sale going on. I also bought the stitch option too. I also bought 4. Now I paid over 100.00. Now when I received this stuff I got 4 items. 4. I was sooo upset over this. I emailed cherry scoops asking where the rest of the stuff was, absolutely no response back. For 3 months I emailed in the course of 20 times with no response. Finally I had to put in to my credit card company to fight the amount I paid. I did get a refund, but still no response from the company and still paid 30.00 for 4 items that probably cost 10.00. Be careful when purchasing from this company.

Crap ordered 2 scoops and received 4 items worth about 3 quid max this site needs avoiding at all costs and taking down cos it's nothing but a scam takes ages to arrive and is literally crap

I’d give this ZERO stars if I could. Complete scam. Did 2 scoops and got crap that would cost $4 total at the dollar store. Stickers, tiny note pad, makeup sponges, and fake rings.
