I did the mystery bracelet scoop order. None of the bracelets I was sent was remotely similar to the ones featured on TikTok. I was sent cheap children’s style bracelets not even close to the AUD $97 I paid. They say they’ll respond in 24 hours. I have sent 3 emails in just over a week and have not received a response. I am disputing the transaction with my bank. Nothing but a scam.

Only giving a 1 star as can't leave a review otherwise what a load of crap and bull shit this company is waste of money with cheap tat. Nothing like all the videos they do over the social media platforms. The videos, website honestly don't listen to what's they say or read as it's all crap. Ok website it states 1 scoop 10 items plus if you buy the video you get 3 free gift honestly I only received 2 cheap costume rings, pot of make up sponges and also a pack of stickers I honestly thought I was getting 13 items but only received 4 items don't bother wasting you time with this company not worth it at all.

Never received the package! I ordered 2 mystery scoops for my daughter...we waited a month and when I chased up...they sent an email with tracking link....which said it was delivered to an "enclosed porch " - I dont have a porch !? When I emailed back, they didnt help and I didnt get refund. DON'T ORDER !!!!

Sent a load crap for £20 definatly not worth the money

I would not even give it a 1 star !! My so called 2 scoop order was 7 items you could buy from a dollar store, nothing of what Yao see. In. The videos. Not the quantity nor the quality and the 1 scoop bracelet, ya that was a total scam. Compared to the brackets you see in’s the video a prepackaged brackets pack came with 12 of the same child’s toy bracelets….so ANGRY. Not to mention never received the free items nor the reveal video. I was going to use the items that they awake you think you are getting in stockings for my nieces and nephews!! Total freaking scam and they do not respond to any messages either!! Do not fall for the scam I even have pics of the stuff that was sent

Ordered three scoops and a stuffed animal with cup; got a cup, same 5 cheap items as everyone else and no stuffed animal. They clearly use another shop’s videos to get you to buy (the board says “lucky star”) then sell you crap stuff to “fulfill” the order so there is little recourse to get your money back. Classic bait and switch scam. Honestly would get better products at the dollar store. Would give a zero if it was an option.

At this point I'm calling scam. I ordered oct 18th. I also ordered the extra for a video to be done live. Ive gotten either run around or days with no response. I got this today. I spent $93 for 2 scoops with a gift and the video. I got 4 dollar store items. Reported to BBB

Terrible gifts, paid for 3 small stickers, some blending sponges and fake rings. We received 5 items that were terrible quality .. not worth what I paid at all. Do not order from here.. I emailed customer service several days ago and no response. Save your money!! You are better off going to the dollar store

Ordered a 1 scoop order with a free gift product came and no free gift and about 3 small gifts not even of value

I cannot believe I fell for it again! False advertising. I never did recieve my video of them selecting my 4 cheap rings and 4 beauty blenders and some childish stickers. I am so glad I did not buy this for a child they would have cried when they recieved it. I did not get my 3 free gifts either. Horrible company that takes advantage of trusting people like me. I work hard for my money and it cost me $175.00 canadian dollars for a few beauty blenders and fake rings that i could have gotten out of a 25cent machine.

Paid for 3 scoops and mistery bundle didn't receive anything close to that, I also didn't receive my mistery bundle. I would add pictures if it would allow.

Mis leading false and not as advertise, I ordered a myster scoop the video suggests a mix of items, nice items... states 10+ per scoop.
The video shows more than 10 but when it arrived after waiting some time I recieved 4 items 2 packs of rings, some stickers and a make up buffer this is not 10+ and is definitely not as advertised. I have emailed same day ut was recieved with photos and pomhoto of refund policy .... avoid buying

This company should be shut down by consumer affairs. They are a fraud. They are stealing money from people and not sending what they say. They’re gonna send. I could put zero stars I would. Looks like we all got the same stuff. Blenders stickers and an ugly watch that may be all of it together cost five dollars not even and I paid $110 which I will get back from my bank.

I cannot believe what I received. I may as well have burned my money. £60 pounds for less than £5 worth of rubbish. DO NOT BUY!!!

The items I got:
• Jar of 4 beauty blenders - £0.10 each
• 4 washy tape + 4 sheet of stickers - £0.30
• 2 cheap metal solver rings - £0.20
• 4 cheap metal gold and pink rings - £0.40
I looked up all of the items on Temu and altogether costs £1.40 !

DON'T BUY IT.

Absolutely rubbish

I got 5 cheap rings. 4 makeup sponges and some nano tape. No freebie nails nothing. Don’t not order. Not worth the money!

Ordered it on the 13th October and it’s only jus got delivered on the 5th November

Paid for 3 scoops which should have been around 30 items and cost me around £60. I received a pack of animal stickers, 5 cheap rings, some makeup sponges and a watch (what you would buy at poundland). I emailed them several times asking if they had made a mistake as I clearly hadn’t received what was advertised, but no response. Wish I had looked at the reviews first.

Very disappointed in what i received. Looks like from other reviews everyone recieved the same thing, a jar of make up sponges some rings and something that I dont even know what to do with. Not worth the money paid and very disappointed

It seems everyone gets the same appalling crap. I love cats but the stickers are so bad I wouldn't use them!
