Seems like i got the same ordee as everyone else, shit cosmetic sponges, along with shit rings and some crappy sellotape with a notepad.
Waste of money, a total scam. Not what advertised. Absolute joke of a company. Took over 3 weeks for the rubbish to be delivered 😂

I got some cheap stickers
3 plastic rings and a makeup sponge

I can imagine there some extremely upset children due to this, not nice at all.

Absolutely disgusted with the products I received. Ordered 2 scoops and apparently was to get a free surprise with my scoops. I received 4 makeup sponges, 4 gold plated rings, 4 (what feels like tin) rings, a tiny stickynotes pad and 6 sheets of cat stickers (I detest cats). Do not, whatever you do, order from this company. I have contacted them with my complaint, so we'll see what their excuse is.

Ordered 3 scoops and received absolute trash that was not worth $5. Got a total of 6 worthless items.

Paid for 2 scoops and was told there would be 2 free gifts as well. What I received wasn't even worth a fiver have complained told them I want my money back in full or I'll be going through the bank to have them reverse the payment. They will investigate your complaint and if they deem it to be fraudulent theh will get your money back for you.

Do not fall for this its a scam not worth the money by far...... you have been warned go to the dollar store and just buy $10 of bottom shelf junk and you will be better off.

First time purchasing from cherry scoops. I ordered 2 scoops and paid for October 9, 2025. Here it is October 31, 2025and I haven't heard from them nor have I received my merchandise. I'm out $60.00 and I'm really disappointed I fell for this experience. Don't order, don't pay for anything from this company. Seriously pissed.

Wish I’d read reviews first tbh. I paid almost £100 for mystery scoops and a boxing video for my daughter, received three crappy rings, a cheap Stanley style cup and a few makeup sponges. Nowhere near the value of what I paid for!
Emailed multiple times as well and received no replies. Scam scam scam!!!

I would give zero stars if I could - I paid over €45 and received 3 items - the website clearly states 10+ items.. customer service then wants to give you 25% off the next order.. really?! Don't waste your money or time.

Ordered the two scoops TikTok video. Nothing. No email reply. No video. No package. Just says 'Preparing Shipment'. So I'm out money for my daughter's gift I wanted to get her for after her month of working at her haunted house job. Just something fun. Now just another person to scam people out of their money.

I ordered this for my daughters birthday and I am absolutely disgusted with what I received. Plastic rings blender jar and cheap stickers 4 items in total. No where near the 10+ items advertised. Feel like because you don't pay for a ticktok video they can scam you like this. I have sent an email and message via Facebook to get a reply to say as good will giving me 25% of next order. Absolutely NO thank you. Please DO NOT buy from these scammers as you will have unhappy kids like I do now

They steal videos from another company. Their own tiktok/insta/facebook does not exist. Products sent are 100% different from advertised and a lot less. No one answers emails.
Please, please avoid! It’s fake and they take your money.

Run do t walk away from this company. It is a complete scam. I bought 2 scoops and got 5 makeup sponges 1 fingernail file and 3 stickers. Maybe 2 dolarrs worth and nothing like the videos they show.

I ordered 2 scoops of their bracelets plus a video of them opening the bags. For 2 scoops you could get 30+ bags. The bracelets they showed were beautiful. So I waited and waited and finally my order arrived. For 30 + bracelets I figured they would be in a big padded bag but it was a very small bag. Inside were 3 small bags of cheap bracelets you could buy at a dollar store. They aren’t pretty at all and look nothing like they show on their page. I have emailed them 3 times and have not received any responses. I suddenly don’t see their pages advertising their goods anymore, I didn’t get my video either (which now makes sense). I believe I have been blocked. So how do I get my money back? Anyone know?

I wish I honestly checked trust pilot with this cherry scoops, I only received 3/4 items and I paid for mystery scoops thinking I’d get like 10-15 items as I watched a video online I literally wasted my money….always check trust pilot before buying everyone !!! And they don’t reply their email it’s a scam I swear !!!

Total scam - dont do it. The items are not as described at all, and they don’t reply to emails.

I ordered two scoops and was supposed to get a free gift with it. I got 4 items. One being some cat stickers that are so blurry its pathetic. And the a pack of beauty sponges, and two packs of rings that are crap. $60 bucks for that, no way! What a scam! Definitely not what is advertised!

Not as advertised paid £45.22 for 2 scoops as advertised 20+ items. I recieved rubbish, ripped blurred cat stickers, 4 blenders, 3 plastic rings,and a tiny sticky note worth less than 20p. This is not £45 worth of what is advertised on the website. I was expecting bags, wallets, cups, stationery. This is false advertising and a scam.

The advertised beautiful bracelet scoops and I got very crappy .50 bracelets that weren’t even unique they were bracelets that a child would make ended up giving them to my daughter she was happy with them because she’s 7
