Order was placed 3 months ago and never received a response to my 10+ e-mails and direct messages I sent. I understand that due to personal reasons they weren’t able to send it but no refund and no response to my requests is diabolical and very unprofessional.
Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with Cherry The Label.
I provided specific measurements for my order, but these were not taken into account and the sweater didn't fit. After months of trying to contact her, I was finally told I could return it for an adjustment.
I sent the sweater back, but since then I have been completely ignored despite multiple follow-up emails. It has now been over six months. I also tried reaching out by commenting on her social media posts, but she hides any negative comments.
I have lost the €55 I paid, plus return shipping costs, and I don't even have the sweater anymore. I really wanted to support a small business, but unfortunately this experience has left me extremely disappointed.
Ordered on May 31st. The website said it would take 14-21 says. I emailed her and received no updates. It's now 62 days later and I have never received anything. I've now had to file a police report and contact my bank to try to get my money back.
Ordered in May. After a month, I still hadn't heard anything, so I tried reaching out via email. No response. Then I tried Instagram. Nothing. It's almost August now, and still nothing. Don't order from here. Your money will disappear and you'll never get a product.
I agree with the other review about this company. I completely understand it’s a small business but there is no communication from the seller whatsoever. No updates about order (it’s been almost 2 months since I placed the order) and I have tried to contact the seller through multiple sites (Instagram, email, website chat bot). Please avoid!!! I’m not sure if it’s a scam or just bad commmunication but just avoid and save yourself the trouble
I’m sure the pieces are lovely, the pictures of the products look very good but she is scamming people. I’m sure some people ordered and got their orders but I never did. I ordered a jumper from there over a month and a half ago, despite her website saying it will be shipped in up to 21 days, nothing has arrived. I sent her an email 3 weeks ago- no reply, I also sent her 3 DMs over a period of 4 weeks and no reply. I commented on her Instagram posts which she was posting daily- she hid my comments from view. She may be legit as her Instagram looks real but she doesn’t reply to you and doesn’t ship your order so she did scam me.
