I wasn’t sure if size medium would fit as I’m normally a size 12 so I contacted them before i placed my order. They helped me choose and it fits really well the support is really helpful would def order again

I wish I had seen these poor reviews before I purchased the item of clothing. The work shorts received look nothing like the image on the website, are very poor quality and not something I could ever wear. After a two week wait for the clothing they will go in the bin unless I can return them, which I doubt. I wouldnt advise buying clothing from this company. Sadly I've been ripped off.

Only one pair arrived when I ordered two. they found the other parcel after I messaged and it came a few days later so thanks for sorting it out

Ordered 3 hoodies to get printed for my business and use.
3 weeks later only one arrived and its of the worst quality ive ever had. I ordered large as im normally a medium and its absolutely tiny. More like a small.
Zero response back from Lolalooks, the other 2 hoodies are no where to be seen.
Avoid this company. Absolutely not uk based.

The store advertises itself as UK-based, but the goods are shipped from China and are of poor quality. The buyer has to cover the return costs and pay for shipping back to China—something that isn't mentioned anywhere. Customer service tries at all costs to get you to accept a partial refund in exchange for keeping the item.

I ordered a dress with delivery expected before a party. The dress arrived late so I had to buy another. When it did arrive I was appalled at the cheap quality-the material is so see through I’d need a dress underneath it. Not at all as advertised.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. This “UK-Based” brand drop ships from China. A waste of time & money. If you like being scammed - they’re your choice!

Long wait for delivery....terrible after sales....Do not buy from this company....avoid at all costs

Ordered a dress 3 weeks ago and told 6-8 days delivery, shows “London” address on page, absolute scam of a company. Dress is coming from China. Currently disputing for a refund. It goes against our consumer rights and I’ll not be paying for delivery back to China.

I ordered a Denim Jump suit and eventually received (after very poor delivery communication and a longer than stipulated delivery time) a ghastly synthetic mostly white and blue - not even denim blue garment that I wouldn’t wear to paint the house….. hugely misleading product image and description which clearly states DENIM and the model IS shown wearing a DENIM jumpsuit that looks nothing like the garment I received ….

I ordered a pair of trousers that took an age to arrive and when they did they were nothing like the images - think highly flammable instead of Cotton. Tried to send them back and they asked for photos, video etc. was then told to return recorded delivery to China! I am now pursuing a refund from my card provider as they are in breach of the 2013 Consumer Contracts Regulation. They have offered a 30% refund to shut me up. I have declined. Avoid!

I ordered some shoes on the 6th August expecting to have them for a trip at the end of the month. The website claimed 6-8 working days. It's the middle of September, no shoes, no emails, no tracking. Garbage company

Completely misleading website, stating "Fast UK delivery from a London based company". Two weeks on, and my shorts are in transit from China...

Update: Have now arrived, and they're utter crap, and I'm expected to send them back to China for a refund. 😂 Avoid.

Scam. Cheep tacky product no where near what the photo shows and smaller size than ordered.
Address they tell you to return to gets flagged for scams. Emails sent by AI bot.

Do not use this AVOID THIS COMPANY! 🚨

A truly terrible experience. Their website gives the impression they are a London-based company, so I thought I was supporting a small UK business. However, when I requested a return, I was told to send the item all the way back to China!!!

To top it off, the Brown Leathet Chelsea boots I received was nothing like the photos advertised online.

I feel completely misled and disappointed. I would not recommend this company and will never use them again.

Great customer service, very helpful.
I had ordered some sandals and as there was a slight delay in delivery, despite the fact that the delay was caused by the courier, I was given a discount without any questions asked.
I am very happy with the company and will be ordering again.

Customer service was amazing, they were very quick to respond and provided excellent service.

The products exceeded my expectations. They feel comfortable, look great, and arrived safely. Totally recommend!
