Great experience buying and having stove fitted by the guys at The Cheshire Stove Shop. Very helpful in the shop with choosing a stove and then extremely happy using them to fit the stove, it wasn’t the easiest due to the condition of the chimney stack but they had the knowledge and experience to get the job done. We are very happy with the end result and the service we received. Would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a stove for their home.

From first visiting the lovely showroom in Macclesfield to having my new fireplace and logburner fitted the service from Cheshire Stove Shop was superb. Every person I dealt with was friendly, polite and very helpful and knowledgeable, every question I had was answered in great detail. The job was started promptly as arranged, the two fitters carrying out the job were fab, they were friendly, and worked so hard to get a tricky job done, they also left my lounge spotless each day they left. When the job was finished they gave us all the advice and information we required to start using our stove. My new fireplace and stove has transformed my lounge and I love it.

Absolutely thrilled with our stove and installation �. Excellent, professional service from the very beginning (even when we changed our minds about things repeatedly!). Listened to exactly what we wanted and gave great advice.

Alf and Clive who came and did our installation were fantastic, and we had no concerns about leaving them a key as we were away for the night. They kindly sent updates throughout the two day install and checked in when they had any questions.

Upon our return Alf gave us a very thorough demonstration of the stove and how to adjust it, so we were confident using it from the very beginning.

Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking to install a stove!

The whole experience from initial visit and quote to installlation has been a pleasure. They were helpful with decisions, clear about the process and very pleasant installers who were keen to ensure everything was just right. The price remained the same and the time taken to complete the works was exactly as quoted, all mess was cleared and taken away.
