Grey long line gilet
I had one of these long line gilets a few years ago, but sent it to dry cleaners and came back like a bag!!! I've been searching since for another, and found this at Chi!!!! Almost identical, maybe not as grey as I like, but it's perfect. Thank you so so much, love it, and it'll certainly not be going to dry cleaners🤭🤭

Easy to use site. An email with some advice. Beautiful purchases but unfortunately both pairs were too big. Easy returns & a quick refund into my bank.

Super Alembika top
Super Alembika top. Glad I ordered XS size, as it is a very wide and boxy style. Shame there are no matching trousers as these are shown.

Very efficient
Very efficient, loved the 2 dresses but the smaller one was a better fit. Didn’t like the “return procedure”.

Great customer service
It’s not about what goes well it’s always about how a company deals with problems.
I ordered trousers which after the weekend I found were out of stock - I was offered my money back.
I asked if I could order a shirt instead but expected to pay the £5 extra
Not only did they organise the switch quickly they cancelled the delivery charge so I didn’t have to pay extra
The shirt arrived quickly
I would definitely use this company again
