I'm so happy with this purchase. I live with chronic illness and work from home. The pain relief the chair has given me on a daily basis after only having it a week is unreal. As someone who spends most of the day at a desk this has been a valuable investment. I am one very happy chappy. It's a magical chair! The customer service was very responsive to all my questions during the delivery period, big thank you to the chill chair team :)

When i bought it i was hoping for it to be good at massaging and being a chair. Theres no problem on its main thing which is massaging. but for me, it is only ok as a chair. like it is comfy to sit at but the arm rest is too low for me and cant be adjusted. the height makes sense if your just sitting on it but when i work on my laptap for example the armrest becomes too low and my arms have no where to rest at. The chill chair customer support did try to help me on fixing my arm rest problem with it

super frustrated. Despite reviews this is NOT easy to put together! It’s is very heavy and unless you’re young or strong it’s hard work.
It is a nice massage but uncomfortable as a chair and not ergonomic.
I’ve been trying to pull it apart to send back. 3 people have tried and it’s impossible. We’ve watched videos and almost hurt ourselves trying. It will not come apart! This has been going on for 3 weeks.
They are refusing to send a return label because the pole is impossible to remove! They want me to get a handyman to pull it apart which will cost $200 and they’re refusing to pay for it!
The trial is NOT risk free!!! The support is delayed and in USA time- the Australian support is non existent.
Do not buy unless you want to pay $1500 for a chair that’s not suitable as an actual office chair!

If you’ve ever considered getting a full-sized massage chair but don’t have the space, this is a fantastic alternative. I also picked up the Solemate, which they offered me a great deal on when buying both together. It’s not only amazing for foot massages but also ergonomically designed for sitting.

Overall, this has been a worthwhile investment, and I highly recommend it to anyone dealing with back pain.

Chill chair rocks!!! I got the white one which goes really well with my office decor. It was delivered quickly and installation was a breeze. The different types of massages really help in relaxing you. I like the knead+tap mode. They have a fantastic customer service team willing to jump in and help should you have questions and need help. Special kudos to Rey from the customer service who will take care of you no matter what. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Highly recommended!

Purchased a chillchair and received no communication regarding the order. I had to email to ask when it was being dispatched, and they replied saying it had been sent. It is now 3 weeks since date of purchase and nothing has arrived, no tracking provided, and most notably, NOT A SINGLE RESPONSE via email. I have emailed them multiple times to ask for an update and they have completely ignored my emails; gave them ample time to respond and haven’t heard back over the course of a couple of weeks. I wouldn’t trust their return policy either, if they won’t even deliver the product.

Ordered a chair last month and received a faulty unit where the massage rollers didn’t move. Customer support informed me that it was a motherboard issue and said they would send a replacement part—along with a video instructing me to fix it myself. It has now been 20 days, and the chair remains completely useless.

For a premium-priced product, I find it ridiculous that I am expected to repair a faulty unit instead of being provided with a proper replacement. Extremely disappointed with the poor service and lack of accountability. Would not recommend.

An issue occurred during the ordering process, but Rey on their Customer Service team was very helpful in getting it resolved in a nice and professional manner. As for the issue, turned out that there was typo on the form that they were able to identify quickly, thanks!

Got my chill chair as a birthday present from my wife. Initially, had some issues with the setup but Rey from customer service provided me with the greatest customer service experience. I'm really happy with this buy.

Excellent customer service with Rey. My chair rotor continues to run until the battery dies. He was able to diagnose the issue based on the video I sent him and he processed a replacement part on the same day.He was courteous and timely . Now i wait for that part arrive so the issue can be fixed and I can continue enjoying my chair .

I ordered my chill chair and it got here within 5 days. Unfortunately, the chair had a broken piece. I contacted support@chill chair after chatting with Max on their webpage. Within a few hours they gave me the tracking number for a replacement chair and some free glider wheels. I look forward to getting the replacement chair in the next week. This is what you call exceptional customer service. The chair is very cool and the customer service is second to none.

These guys were very prompt in their communication. Initially they didn't realize that my purchase still qualifies for warranty and quoted me for free battery replacement but paid shipping. When they realized the mistake they changed it to free shipping right away.

Purchased my chair about a year and a half ago and started having issues recently with the gas cylinder. I contacted the company and, despite the fact that I'm outside the 1 year warranty period, they provided me a cylinder at no cost and I only had to pay shipping. Great company and great customer service!
