I love my chill chair and just ordered the matching sole mate. Customer service is superb.

The Sole Mate Massage Ottoman is an absolute game-changer! This ottoman will take your breath away with its incredible combination of rollers, vibration, and air massage. I have searched high and low for something that included all three features, and finally, I’ve found it. Usually, I come across products that are either too weak or not worth the investment, but this one hits the nail on the head. Plus, it is WIRELESS!! It is light enough for me to easily move it from one place to another, not having to have something plugged into it all the time, where has been all my life.

The strength and quality of the massage are perfect, providing the ideal relaxation after a long day. Plus, its elegant design doubles as a beautiful ottoman, adding an extra touch of class to my home office. I love being able to enjoy a wonderful foot massage all while working. Amazing Product / Customer Service

I am a lifelong customer. I got the chill chair right when I opened my new business that required extended time at my desk. 8-10 hours. I began developing back pain that was always alleviated by the chill chair massage.

I have a huge massage chair at home that I paid triple the cost for that I use to look forward to at the end of the day to alleviate my back pain. No longer have to do that, I have a better massage at my desk at whenever part of the day I wish.

Thank you chill chair for this amazing product and the assistance. I will be using this product for life.

It was a great chair but to cumbersome for my little office space. Massage is out of this world.

Return staff were perfect

I sent the chair back as it didn’t fit my needs. The return process was difficult since it’s a bulky chair. If you anticipate a possible return, keep the original box and styrofoam packing because it costs $150 to get new box shipped to you if you no longer have the original. Once returned, it took about 3+ weeks to get a refund credited back to my card. Customer service was polite and helpful all along the way. They sent videos to help dissemble the chair, which was very helpful.

Great chair, unfortunately I had to return it. The massage options were very good. Because I have a standing desk, the chair was too low for my needs. Customer service was effective in the return process.

Chair is AWESOME!
It is constructed well, easy to assemble and massage feature is relaxing and addictive. Customer service was helpful and responsive, when I missed the plug on the bottom of chair to get it working.

Just received my Chill Chair today, and LOVE it! Loved it so much that I bought another one for my home office. Will be buying another for my Florida office as well! Absolutely amazing. The massage feature is strong and actually massages your back and neck unlike other massage chairs. Oh but wait, this is not just a massage chair it is my office chair!!! The orange leather color is rich and the chair itself seems to be built to last. Thanks Gals and Guys at Chill Chair!

Chill Chair arrived with obvious damage from shipping. There was a gash in the corner of the box and puncture hole in the fabric of the chair back. I sent photos to Customer Service and Rey contacted me and said a replacement chair was on its way. It arrived in a few days in perfect condition. Great customer support!

My wife works from home and spends a lot of hours at a desk in front of a computer. This chair has been an amazing addition to the office. Not only does the chair offer great back support, it has a built in massage therapist that only takes a break when you tell it to.....lol.
Beside the chair being comfortable, it also reclines into a comfortable and relaxing position and even includes a retractable foot rest that allows you to put your feet up while you relax. The control panel offers 4 different massage settings that allow you to get the exact level of massage you want. The massage mechanism also moves up and down so you can get a custom massage no matter how tall or short you may be. My wife absolutely loves the chair and looks forward to the breaks and the neck massage. My recommendation is to treat yourself to a chill chair, you will not be disappointed.

Customer service is 11/10, and I haven’t even received the chair yet! Had a question for Chill Chair, and they responded so quickly and were very helpful. Cannot wait to surprise my husband for Christmas!
