Chill chair customer service is great. They are very proactive and I have enjoyed dealing with them. Honestly nothing negative to say about their team. Great job.

The customer support went above and beyond and was incredibly speedy. I am the CEO of a company and I hope my support team is only half as effective as Chill Chair was and my customers will be ecstatic.

I love my Chill Chair. It's amazing to get a morning, mid-day and after work massage anytime! And I think it's pretty comfortable as a normal desk chair as well. I've struggled finding the perfect chair for WFH but now I think I can just use the Chill Chair forever. Super easy to put together and great customer service.

I’ve had the chair since 04/2023 & have been using it since then. I even assembled it myself w/o a hitch. I like that it provides relaxation & muscle tension relief to the neck, shoulder areas, waist, & gluteal areas esp. when seated on the chair for works. The only glitch would be that it does not glide as smoothly as I would like it to be even on the glass chair mat I had purchased for the chair. However, with their new glider wheels which I had just ordered, that might make a difference.

I use the Chill chair massage feature after the workday when I meditate. It's so effective. Plus assembly was beyond easy - 3 screws.

My experience with tbt CHILL CHAIR was not a positive one.

As an office chair, the Chill Chair misses the mark. The primary feature, the massage rollers, rather than offering comfort, painfully protrude into the lower lumbar region of the chair.

The massage feature of the chair are average at best. The vibrating seat is more of an annoyance than therapy. The back massage is fine at points and uncomfortable is other spots. It’s basically a blunt object, not a precise tool for relaxation.

If you're considering relying on the return policy to mitigate any dissatisfaction, be prepared for an arduous ordeal.

Taking the chair apart was incredibly difficult, requiring a large wrench for disassembly. I’m a grown 40 year old man and it took every ounce of strength to take the chair apart.

Even though the manufacturer showed that you should take the chair apart with a wrench, when I your left marks on the chair while following their instructions during disassembly, the company said they would not accept my return since the chair was damaged.

It wasn’t until after I posted this review that they agreed to accept my return and refund my purchase.

In essence, I found the chair to be uncomfortable, the massage features underdeliver, and the return policy left me with more frustration than, well, than a bad massage.

With full transparency, I originally left a 1* review and and changed it to a 2* since the company did eventually accept my return and give me a full refund.

I am a recent purchaser of a chill chair. I highly recommend. I am very satisfied with this product. Also, I needed to call customer service and they handled my question with ease and quickly.

The Chill Chair is awesome! Massages on point and is very quiet. The leg rest could be a little sturdier but I love the look and the color!

Chair came on time with no damage. Chair gives a great massage. Battery charge lasts for many massages.

This chair is it - very comfortable and so simple to use. I work solely from home and sit in this chair 8-9 hours 5 days a week. It seems to be very well made and I feel ergonomically supported as I work - and of course the massage feature is great. At times when I need a break and a little “extra” I simply lean back and turn on the massage and drift away for 10 mins and any tension I was feeling before is gone!

Also, i am rating Chill Chair’s customer service very high. After I placed my order I reached out to Customer Service for a status update and Rey was very responsive and a delight to work with. He sent me periodic delivery updates and reached out after delivery to make sure everything was ok and if I had any questions.

This chair was a splurge and luxury item for me and the only regret I have is that I wish I purchased it sooner!
