Delighted to be able to replace the china that we had broken. It's not easy to obtain items from discontinued lines.
We paid extra to have these items delivered by DPD rather than the unreliable Evri so we were somewhat surprised that the delivery was by the Post Office.

Efficiency and Friendliness
The Company oozed Efficiency and friendliness. China was packed properly and arrived intact faster than expected and noticing that I had made two separate orders at the same time rather than one they refunded the extra shipping costs and packed them together (few other companies would have done this) plus they shipped to Guernsey - even better! 5 stars all around!
