I bought two dresses and wanted to return one. They would give me only 15% cash back.. They told me I could keep the rubbery synthetic dress. Their second "return option" was to refund NOTHING BUT get a 30% discount on any other item (which I also could not return if I didn't like it.) They I would have paid 170% for the dress and a new product. Should have read Trust Pilot FIRST

I ordered a pair of shorts and had them sent to an address I'd be visiting 7 days after ordering and where I'd be for a week. It took the package 19 days to arrive at that address—after I'd left and after the occassion for which I'd bought the shorts. I can't recover the package—it was sent to my daughter's apt. and I was there to help pack her up for a cross-country move. My assumption was that ChloeMason would resend the item to make up for the unusual lag time. But their response was a disengenuous "that is reasonable timing." In tracking the order I see the shorts didn't even arrive in the US until the June 21—10 days after I'd ordered them. And not delivered until June 30. I'd be perfectly content if they quickly said we'll send you another pair. Instead, in insisting their timing was within reason (I am the queen of online shopping—it's not), they have lost me as a customer and I will spread the word.

This company represents itself as high quality clothing and accessories from New York. The pictures represent the material as linen/cotton well made pieces. I ordered the green shoes; they are mustard color. I ordered 4 shirts. The shirts I got are not what are represented in the pictures. The material is a thin cheap nylon type material I was prepared to send it all back but return price is on you and the returns go to China not New York. Beware. This company is a scam.

Received my order consisting of a sage green long sleeve blouse. The blouse i received did not look like the advertised blouse. In addition the quality is poor. There are no instructions on how to return purchases. When I contacted the company the response was that they needed to verify my identity and they would try to resolve the issue in 45 days. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered a flower print shirt made of linen. After a month I received a polyester shirt that looked nothing like what I ordered. I received an apology and an offer to send the correct shirt. After another 2+ weeks the second shirt arrived - also not what I ordered and also polyester. Never Again

Cheap, cheap clothing. Tops are nothing like the photos on the internet. This company has a terrible return policy - website is 100% a lie about returns. A complete sham. Do NOT buy anything from this website.

Be aware that if you wish a full refund for an item that does not fit, you will need to pay shipping to an address in China.

Terrible product and customer service. Delayed shipping (took over a month). The fabric is completely synthetic and the design is not what I ordered. They advertised this as a cotton / linen blend and it is not.

Ordered a dress, didn’t like it. To return it, I had to pay for shipping to China for. Refund. The ahippjng was more than the cost of the dress so I am stuck with it. They kindly offered 30% refund since I didn’t like it, then never sent the refund. Don’t order from here, their customer service is awful.

I really like these lovely shorts! Lightweight fabric for summer and great colors. There was a rather long wait for delivery but the customer service was wonderful and they were immediately engaged and kept me informed along the way.

I ordered 3 blouses, described as cotton/linen blend. They are the sleaziest polyester I’ve ever seen. Chloe & Mason advertises as a NY business, but it seems like I will have to return them to China - at my expense! Last time I will order off a FB ad!

This is a total scam! I ordered a $55 ruffled linen blouse and received a very low-quality polyester blouse that costs no more than $5; the ruffles and sewing thread came in a different color and the appearance is basically trash. Please stay away from this company.

I been emailing this company regarding my order for a return until now there was no respond from them. I was even disappointed on my order. I expected the item I received would be look the same on the website but I was disappointed. Moreover, They have a terrible customer service. I will never order to this company

This company is a scam! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM CHLOE & MASON! They sent two of the sleaziest items -- the Inner front lining of the way too large black "ruffle front shirt" was white and the entire shirt was made of flimsy, shiny, cheap material. They sent a way too large blouse (I ordered a dress), once again of the flimsiest, sleaziest material and not at all as depicted on the offer.)

They will not initiate the return (or refund?) until you tell them what was wrong with the order, which I did. Instead of responding how to return items for a refund (as they have the gall to advertise they will do), they responded with an offer for a 30% discount for another purchase. Kiss that refund goodbye.

I made the mistake of ordering from this company twice!! First time the garment never arrived and the second time they sent me FOUR shirts instead of ONE, and I was unhappy about the one. No tag to indicate material (I suspect polyester), and it looks much different from the pop up photo ad on Instagram. Nothing like photoshopping a garment so people buy it!! I googled the company and it said made in Paris (???) when further research suggests it’s China (Big surprise) Do not waste your money.

My 90 year old mother ordered a $50 shirt from the company. It was a popup on her email.
She recieved it, and it was garbage..The fabric was thin and felt like a flag. There is no tag on the garment, so you don't even know what the fabric is or laundry instructions. No instructions on returning as well...After 3 emails regarding a return, they offered me a choice to keep the garment and receive 30% back. Or send it back TO CHINA! and keep a track on it. Such a scam, do not be fooled. The pictures are nothing like the product.

What a joke. Ordered in April. Received June. Want to return. Will cost more to return to CHINA than I paid. It's going in the trash!

Buyer beware! Clothing is cheap quality, made in China & there are no full refunds. I would suggest they stop playing games with customers, offering 30% refunds only & many back-and-forth emails. The two blouses I ordered were poorly constructed, ill-fitting & unattractive, very cheap fabric. I’ll be staying with my trusted retailers with hassle-free returns. Even though C&M’s shipment was from NY, if you want a refund, you’ll need to ship to China at your own expense. For me that outweighed the value of the refund. Definitely would not recommend

False advertising. Blouse I ordered was linen in the pictures but when it arrived it was a nasty, cheap polyester

They say they’re based in New York but they’re based in China

I would highly recommend giving this company a huge miss

There was a mix-up on my end regarding my Chloe & Mason order. The customer service team was extremely helpful in getting it sorted and solved. Not only that, my merchandise is just perfect.
