Like others, I received merchandise that did not resemble the photographs. I'd purchased the same shirt in two sizes, and even those were not the same. I've put them in the trash bin because I didn't think my local thrift shop would want them.

I hate to write a bad review, but I am doing so out of frustration. When I received my order on April 25, 2025, it contained a Size XL instead of the Size M I ordered. I contacted them and they said they would ship a replacement. It is June 9. 2025 and I still have not received the replacement. I have asked for a refund, but haven’t heard from the so far.

It was easy to place my order. I liked the communication about shipping and delivery status. My order was delayed so I reached out via email and the response was quick and friendly! They said my package was lost but they would send another right away! I received it quickly and love the top!

The advertising is misleading. You are led to believe the company is in New York and they are closing for retirement. The ad says the sales end at midnight, which is a lie. The photos look like the fabrics are linen or cotton or knits and they are closer to polyester. The prints are beautiful but they are not actual knits. One of the items, a sweatshirt, was so tight in the torso it was more like a bodysuit. Another top advertised as a sweater has a neck opening so small (and I do not have a large head) I could hardly get it over my head. They advertise a large discount because they are "closing" the business but really these items are not even worth half. Additionally it took three weeks for the package to arrive because it was not sent from New York. It was sent from China. After reading the other reviews I have decided not to return these items, as it will only frustrate me. Karma will deal with this unscrupulous business.

Completely unresponsive customer service. I am unhappy with the fit and fabric of the items I ordered. I have been trying to reach the company, as required, to request return instructions. Although the company website guarantees a reply “within 24 hours” as of yet I have received no response whatsoever. The company needs to be shut down.

Do not order from here. The company is a scam. They're located in China, not New York. Their website says "luxurious fabric" but it's all cheap polyester. Their website says express shipping" but it took over a month to even get my order. They say they allow returns but the address they give you is in China. It's all a scam.

BEWARE! THIS COMPANY IS LOCATED IN CHINA - NOT NEW YORK. I ORDERED A TOP WHICH WAS SIZED WRONG - EXTREMELY SMALL FOR SIZE. TO RETURN TOP FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE WOULD COST $53.00 - THE COST OF THE ITEM.

As others have said the fabric is cheap polyester. I didnt do due diligence and read carefully. Unless you want to pay double what you’d find at Walmart ( and they might have better) dont waste your money. Didnt even try to do return once realized another bogus company

The clothing items received are not as shown. The items that I ordered said cotton linen blend and when they arrived they are 100% polyester as stated on the tag. The colors are not the same, and overall the clothing is not something that I would wear. Their website says that they have a 30 day return policy. I had to send 5 separate emails to finally get instructions on how to return something. And when I got these instructions, the company that states they’re out of New York City has a shipping address to return to China. They also gave me the option of keeping the clothes and getting 30% back. Which I think I might do because I don’t trust sending something to China because once it gets to China, you have no proof of whether it was received or not, and you might not get a refund at all not to mention the fact that shipping something to China is extremely expensive. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company. I only wish I had looked at the reviews before I ordered.

I'm surprised by some of the positive reviews. I wish I would have dug a little deeper to vet this company because if I had I never would have ordered from them. I ordered a dress that took an extremly long time to arrive, from China of course. The material is nothing like the picture or description. Very cheap and cheaply made. I do not recommend.

Update: I requested information on how to return this item. I was given a choice of 30 percent off this current item or a future purchase. I was not given an option for returning for a refund. I chose 30 percent off my current item so time will tell if they honor that. I will NOT be making another purchase from this company.

On April 24, 2025, I ordered two shirts from Chloe and Mason from an Instagram ad. On May 23, I received one of the shirts, and it was nothing like it was shown in the picture. The ad showed a pretty lightweight crinkled material With long sleeves. What I got was a thick Pepto-Bismol colored shirt with short sleeves and thick, ugly fabric. I contacted them immediately for a refund and they said I could get a store credit, but I wanted a refund to my credit card. I have contacted them two more times and they have ignored my emails About a refund. The other shirt still has not arrived and the last it was tracked was May 25, 11 days ago – – remember, I ordered this April 24 and it is now June 2. They keep saying it is on its way and they have billed my credit card

Chloe & Mason Attire is an online retailer that claims to be a New York City company. That is a front since it is a Chinese company. The company sells clothing and accessories. The online pictures of the clothes are beautiful items made of quality materials. My order was for two blouses. They were expensive even though on sale. My order took more than 3 weeks to arrive from China. The blouses I received were nothing like the pictures. The fabric was very cheap and the quality poor. When I asked for a refund I was told they could refund me 30% of what I paid or I could pay extravagant shipping costs to return the items to China.
This is not a company to be trusted.

Material is cheap flimsy synthetic. Picture looks like thick cotton or linen. It is neither. Their website just says “comfortable and soft.” I didn’t think to question that. I was too late in checking their website. I looked up their website and found it was a scam. Photos are lifted from other sites. It’s a $17 blouse. Avoid.

I was scammed also I waited for ever to get the three tops I keep sending e-mails I want my money back the cloths don't fit they are supposed to be in USA so I will send them back no one will respond just offer me 30% disc what good is a disc on cloths I can even get my arm in sleeve . Do not buy from them scam I have sent numerous emails and they keep sending me 30% off but no address to send the stuff back even though their policy states that they will take the stuff back within 30 days it's all a bunch of BS they're liars

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. They’re frauds. My recent email after they offered me only 30% refund. “ SCAM!!! I just read reviews by other customers. I want my money back. All of it. 100%, in accordance with your stated policy on your website. I will pay for return shipping ti anywhere in the United States, since you have a NYC as address on your website, but I want a refund ASAP for the cost of the clothing. I will be reporting you to the Better Business Bureau, Faceback, and my attorney. You are stealing from people. Shame on you.”

As many others wrote on this site - not worth one star. All the same story as was written by numerous folks who were scammed my the ‘Chloe and Mason (my foot!) site. Don’t buy from this company or any other of their look alike sites out there. I’m holding my ground for my money back if not completely satisfied, as stated on their website’. They keep going up on their offer (now up to 75% back) but I’m so disgusted with their scam - I’m not budging.

. This company is a scam. Their photos show beautifully designed and made shirts. But what arrived did not match the photos in quality. Their shirts were all made cheaply and the patterns did not match across the pocket or plackets. Because it's a large print, it looked odd. Moreover, the fabric is awful. I would never wear these and would never even give them to my housekeeper. I return them, but it cost me $53 too return it to China. Shameful! Moreover, the story about their closing their store with the charming picture of the elderly couple is a scam! The same story, with different photos, appears all over the internet. Do not buy from here! You will be disappointed and lose your money.

Order took nearly 4 weeks to arrive….sketchy emails about attempted delivery that looked very scammy/phishy…received a request for review before the item arrived!
When it arrived, the material was flimsy and cheap and the sizing was completely off.
The return is to Australia which will cost a good bit of the garment’s cost. Going into the donate pile tags and all…maybe someone can make use of the material!

Still have NOT recieved what I ordered - shows ordered but never shipped. My credit card was charged for a foreign currancy - so much for Chloe & Mason New York. This is the last Tic-Toc ad I ever order from! You get cheap junk or it isn't delivered!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
