Ordered a mugen tee and it hasnt shipped and it’s been 2 months. I emailed multiple times and haven’t got an answer. Don’t shop here it’s a scam

Really disappointed by this shop. I ordered a hooodie but never received it, and when I asked for a refund they said it had already been done but I never got my money back. I lost 45€, thank you very much !

Edit : I finally received my money! (after at least 5-6 months nonetheless). I'm adding one star, but I'll still keep this review for other people.

I ordered an item over a month ago and have no updates on when it will ship. The tracker just says “ordered”

I tried exchanging my order for a different size and even paid for shipping but was never replied to or given store credit so I paid for nothing. Will not order ever again

I really like this store for anime merch :) The delivery was pretty fast, considering all the postage delays as well. I did have an issue with my order, but it was handled quickly and professionally, with great customer service - shout out to Reina :) Will definitely be ordering again 🖤

Ik had voor mijn bestelling 4 hoodies besteld, die ik dan ook in 1 keer heb betaald. Uiteindelijk krijg ik 3 verschillende track and trace codes, raar maar goed. Het voorbereiden van de hoodies duurt sowieso al lang, maar wat op de site staat klopt voor geen meter. Nou zie ik ook dat de statussen van mijn hoodies, die ik nogmaals in 1 keer heb besteld, niet gelijk zijn. De ene hoodie loopt 4 dagen voor op de ander. Van 2 hoodies staat er dat hij bezorgd is maar ik heb helemaal niks ontvangen, mijn derde hoodie heeft net pas de status “hand over to airline” gekregen waarna het laatste product nog 1 stap daaronder zit. Die klantenservice is ook voor niks goed. Ik stel twee vragen waarna ik een antwoord krijg wat alleen ingaat op mijn eerste vraag. Ik stuur ze weer een bericht maar krijg een nutteloos en automatisch antwoord terug. Ik probeer het maar nog een keer, maar geen succes, hetzelfde verhaal.

Tardaron meses en hacerme el supuesto envío y cuando un día voy a comprobar el seguimiento, sorpresa! devuelto sin saber la razón! contacto varias veces con atención al cliente exponiéndoles la situación y dándoles posibles soluciones y me contestan con un email de estos genéricos que no tienen nada que ver con nada de lo que les he dicho (varias veces) y cuando al tercer o cuarto email ya me pongo borde, me dicen que no había nadie en mi domicilio y han devuelto el paquete, MENTIRA COMO UNA CASA, ya que en mi piso, por motivos que no vienen a cuento SIEMPRE hay alguien y no hay ni un papelito en el buzón tan siquiera... el caso es que me devuelven el dinero del producto pero no el gasto de envío, se lavan las manos y no se hacen responsables... NUNCA MAIS.
Y a todo esto mi hermana esperando 4 meses su regalo de cumpleaños para no recibir nada.

Hello, I have ordered the Hinata hoodie in November for a gift. I haven't received my command yet. And no answers to my emails. If I receive it, I will put a better mark. But for now, I'm still waiting and this is unpleasant.

Little bit slow delivery BUT:
- Positive contact throughout Instagram DMs
- Amazing quality hoodies and shirts

Naruto hinata hoodie is very comfortable but the waiting for the order is on the long side

I am still waiting for my order, placed 3 weeks ago. I have sent 3 emails requesting an update, but have had no reply.

I ordered a Todoroki t-shirt and it didn't take too long to arrive, and the quality of the actual material is quite good, but the print on it seems to be bad quality. I havnt washed it yet, but I'm worried that the design will come off in the wash

just received my Killua hoodie today and i must say i was extremely disappointed. The quality is extremely poor and isn't worth the money in my opinion. Also the wait just to get your order is extremely long, as i waited for a month for my order to arrive

After a long duration of waiting, I finally received my hoodies. Which I may say were very disappointing, on the chouhype website the hoodies are said to be made of PREMIUM COTTON. What I instead recieved were hoodies made of polyester, heads up for anyone attempting to waste their money on these cheap hoodies. It's a total scam.

So I had an order with two items one of them came in the right shipping time the other item came nearly two weeks late but because of Corona and the Christmas market, it is acceptable. There was a problem with my last item and it was solved quickly and competently.
The other item is in a good quality and the look of it is really good
