Excellent service
After someone ran into my car, I immediately contacted Churchill. The response was quick and extremely helpful. My car was collected for repair at a convenient time and I was provided with a courtesy car until my own car was repaired. At all times, I was kept fully informed of how both the repairs and my claim were progressing. The staff at Churchill could not have been more friendly.

DO NOT AUTO RENEW
Auto renewal was so expensive. Asked for a discount and they gave me £64 reduction. (including reduced mileage). However, the WhatsApp service, phone and online are not really connected. So the price quoted me on WhatsApp cannot be retrieved. Ridiculous customer service. They are ok but make sure not to auto renew!

Churchill motor insurance - excellent
After a motoring incident, I got through straight away to a REAL PERSON at Churchill who listened to me; she was empathetic and knowledgeable. She put my mind at rest, told me exactly what would happen next, and it did. I did not need to speak to Churchill again. Everything proceeded according to plan. My car was repaired and the garage phoned me with updates. I shall be staying with Churchill.

Language Barrier
The first call l made to your call centre l could not understand his English was so bad that l found it very difficult to communicate about my Insurance policy, So l had to put my phone down, I thought Churchill had a UK based call centre, The second call l made on 6/4/26 was perfect l renew my policy no problem.
