I have used CIA insurance as a landlord for 13 years. The service has always been good and the price competitive. The always answer the phone promptly and are very helpful. Highly recommend.

In that time they have always kept their prices fair - some years my insurance even was cheaper than the previous year. Easy to get hold of and helpful!
After a claim the increase was minimal.
Only reason I’m leaving is my property is sold

They phoned near my renewal date. Have me a quote which was cheaper than my renewal quote. I wanted to check on my original quote so Ellie agreed to phone me next day. She did on time as was able to offer me a cheaper deal again. So I went with them. Ellie was efficient and helpful very happy with service. Thank you.

Absolutely a complete waste of money…
Absolutely a complete waste of money insuring with this company, make a claim and they will string it out, try to not cover, invoke specialists etc.
Do your self a favour and use a bigger company like direct line.
