CIA Insurance Services Avis 

I've never had to actually make a claim via CIA and hopefully never will, so I can only comment on the interactions I've had with them regarding renewals/communication/admin.
They're always professional, polite and helpful, good communication and competitive. I would recommend them.

Very knowledgeable, kind and patient operative. Helpful and easy to understand. It did not take long to get through to a caller, some companies you are waiting more than half an hour.

Been with CIA for years and no reason to change yet!

CIA Landlord Insurance was competitively priced and I had good service with them. My policy was cancelled as I sold the property and it was disappointing to be charged a £30 admin fee for the privilege especially as I had been a client for a number of years.

I had 3 landlord insurance policies with CIA over a 10 year period. I made no claims and paid in full every year.
3 years ago I had a car drive into one of the properties. Completely the drivers fault, police attended, reported, admitted guilt, all recorded on video with witnesses.
CIA then started chaging me an extra £1,000 per year for the same insurance. I was promised that on completing the claim, this would be returned. It was not. So I am out of pocket well over £2,000 plus dozens of hours of trying to communicate with CIA. They can not have been less helpful. The story is long and drawn out, suffice to say, I did not receive my money back. There are lots of insurance companies out there. This one is designed to be unhelpful. I would avoid. If you read this CIA, I am still awaiting the phone call that you promised me.

Today we renewed our landlords insurance policy for the second year. We needed to change a few aspects and wanted to check if we had the best deal possible. We spoke to Dawid in the renewals department who was very helpful indeed. He carefully listened to our needs and managed to get us a really good deal. He was clear concise and took time to listen to all our questions which he then answered in a highly professional manner. He made us feel important and could not do enough to help with our renewal.
