The person who answered the phone listened to what I was saying and then responded in a clear and informed manner, our question was answered in minutes

Renewal of building insurance
The agent was polite and friendly and spoke at a good speed so I didn’t feel rushed. Explained everything regarding my insurance cover and gave a breakdown of the price, which was very reasonable. Paid over the phone and the documents were emailed to me that same day. Great service and a good price!
