So far so good. I have applied for 8 different Visas for myself and my wife. And so far things are going well. Any person that I have spoken to was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this service. Not cheap but good. It has saved me a lot of time.

Where There's Room to Improve
When I encountered an issue with my passport photo, I received a generic list of requirements rather than a specific explanation of what was wrong with my submission. It would be far more helpful to pinpoint the exact issue so applicants can correct it efficiently.
Additionally, the customer support experience felt limited. Representatives seemed to follow a script, and when I requested escalation or to speak with a manager, that option wasn't made available—I was directed to email instead. For those navigating an unexpected obstacle, having a real conversation with someone who can troubleshoot in the moment would make a significant difference.
The Bottom Line
The service isn't inexpensive, but I still found it worthwhile. CIBT ensured my application was accurate, complete, and processed in a timely manner. I'd recommend it—just go in knowing that if complications arise, you may need to be patient with the support process.

I had some difficulty with the CIBT portal site after creating my account and trying to obtain two eTAs for myself and my husband. It was all my "operator error" issues basically but I ended up calling the help number and got Janet. She was wonderful! She walked me through everything I needed and even processed a refund because I had two processing accounts open/charged at once! It was all very professional and efficient and Janet was the best!

could use some polish, had to reenter information multiple times. but the service was very good, must have had a big backlog as it took over a month. the visas were delivered just in time.

Was stressful in getting our pictures and passports uploaded in the correct format. But CIBT took what we had and was able to satisfy the India requirements.

Lot of hidden cost and almost impossible to get through the customer care team.

The service

I applied for my India visa on Tuesday afternoon 16/12/2025 and this morning 19/12/2025 I received it back. The form was a bit daunting but I got there. So happy with the service and how they kept me updated by email. Thank you and now I can relax and get ready for my journey next month!

Had to phone 3 times just to ask questions but think the service is expensive for what it is .

I NEEDED a visa for Kenya. I spent about 20 frustrated hours trying to get their system to talk to my computer. I was so very frustrated, I contacted the cruise company and said HELP ME! They put me in touch with CIBT visas.
I had several ladies helping me every step of the way to accomplish getting this visa to Kenya. They were patient, and were there every step of the way. It appeared one of my issues was my browser did not want to communicate with Keyna's government! Albeit, I would recommend using CIBT for any and all visas. Yes, it cost a bit more, but they know the systems inside and out. It will save you hours of your own time to use their services.
I also received my visa in about 5 days, easy peasy.
My regret is I did not know about their service before I spent so much time on my own, to no avail.

Delayed business flight due to bad communication. For a company that is focused on businesses, the customer service is unacceptable.
Filed for a visa to India, was very clear when I need to travel on Nov 29th and their App showed clearly that I am good to go as long as I file before Nov 24th, filed on Nov 21st. App promised that visa will come back on Nov 27th which was a public holiday. Called on Nov 26th, very dismissive representative told me don't worry, we still work on holidays and have team working across the clock, it will be there. Got an email on Nov 27th 3am that sorry we can't make it as promised. Called on Nov 28th, and that was the last straw, they were closed so no one to reach to or get an update on when to expect my visa. Cancelled my whole business trip due to that delay as they were not able to keep their word

The visa processes for Ghana and Namibia are complicated and exacting and we needed both done for the same trip which meant bicycling our passports between two embassies with all the documents in perfect order. Despite the fact that I am a frequent international traveler with more than 1 million miles, I could not have done this without these fine people at CIBT. And having read reviews on this site I can only say that you have to do your part, too. They give you easy-to-understand instructions for each country. If you send them what they ask for, they do the heavy lifting and they are excellent.

This was the most frustrating process. Every time they would review my documents, they would give me a different reason on what I needed to fix on my application. This caused me having to request an expedited visa costing me over $1000. I will never go through CIBT again for a visa.

We have used VisaCentral for many years and as always this experience was fantastic!

I originally went with CIBT to get a visa for
Chile. I kept getting vague emails from them saying I needed to supply more information, but not what information. In the end, I told them to refund my money and I'd apply directly, which they did. All $370AUD of it.
Six weeks later I got another email from them, saying my application required more information.
I went to apply for the visa through the Chilean government website this morning, only to find that as of 17th September 2025, Australian passport holders no longer need a visa. The last email I received from CIBT was on the 16th, the day before that requirement was lifted. If they didn't know about it, they must be extremely incompetent.
