It had been several years since we ate at CiCi's Pizza in Lufkin, TX due to lack of cleanliness and poor quality of pizza. Today was a total different story. The restaurant was clean, the food was much better than before and the staff were friendly. When we walked in and paid, we were asked if we wanted any special pizza. She made it just as requested. It was very good. All of it was good. And, as I already said, friendly and clean. Positive experience.
Enjoyed a family dinner with the kiddos. The food was fresh and dining area was very clean thanks to Carlos.
This was a very disappointing experience for me and my family. Save your money and go elsewhere. This shit was ass. Here's Why: We go to Cicis Pizza for fathers day, and it was a letdown. The food was okay, but the interior, I'd be giving it zero stars. The bathrooms smelled horrendous, and when I went to the bathroom, a man was already in there. I needed to use it so bad, but the man did not let me. We should have ate at Ole Times in the mall. The machine scammed me, and I spent $7.00 on credits, and got nothing. The restaurant used to be so great, but it definitely went downhill. The pizza was almost empty, and the brownies looked smooshed. The brownie had a lack of sugar, and the cinnamon rolls tasted stale. I Should have put my plate down and demanded a refund, and asked my family If we could go. No wonder a gas station has better food and knows what cleaning products are. I will never spend my money or step foot in this establishment again, and suggest no one on earth do the same! This is the worst experience I had at cicis, I will never eat at this location again.
I miss the days when we could get a whole buffet for just 7.99...the hubby and I'd go and spend the whole afternoon after after church and have coffee at the Baskin Robbins next door. Ah the good old days. Five stars for memories sake and I miss George who I hope is reading this down from the heavens! ❤️
I had two free buffet coupons that my local CiCi's restaurant would not accept. I called their company 'customer service' telephone several times on different days and times to find out if the coupons were good and which CiCi's in my state would accept them. I was told the person to talk to about this problem was not available but he would get back to me soon. The problem was he was never available no matter when I called and he never got back to me. This is not a complex problem and you would think customer service could answer this concern without passing the buck. Awful way to treat a customer!
Fantastic all you can eat pizza buffet. Amazing price and good quality food. On International Drive, Orlando.
