You know you've made the right choice when you see and hold this product. Beautifully made, nice touch on the handles. I've been through many so-called durable non stick pans, but the only ones still left in my kitchen are from Circulon

I haven’t received my order via Amazon. Stayed in all day on Friday to give the otp code to the delivery person. Delivery was due between 1.15&3.15pm then got pushed back to 2.15 till 5.15pm and the lesser spotted Amazon delivery driver did a no show. I’m not happy with this as I was expecting my order to arrive this weekend in order to entertain guests! Needless to say this has caused great inconvenience and dissatisfication. Please change from Amazon to another delivery company like DPD!!!

I had to replace my old Circulon saucepans because my new cooker had an induction hob.
New saucepans arrived promptly and are very good quality and cook well. My old saucepans, despite being at least 15 years old are having a second life with our daughter-in-law and she's delighted with them.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Circulon. I paid a substantial amount for a pan set advertised as scratch-resistant and backed by a lifetime guarantee. After just 19 months of everyday use, the pans have numerous scratches and chipped coating, and are no longer fit for purpose.
I contacted Circulon expecting the guarantee to provide meaningful support, but the company has declined to replace the set under its warranty. Having spent so much on cookware that has deteriorated in such a short time, I now face the expense of replacing it myself. I find this response absolutely disgraceful and far below what I would expect from a company making such claims about its products.
I also want to point out that a manufacturer’s guarantee does not necessarily replace or limit a consumer’s statutory rights. Depending on where you live, consumer-protection law may require goods to be of satisfactory quality, durable, and fit for their intended purpose. I would encourage Circulon to review this complaint fairly and explain how its decision takes those rights into account.
I would not recommend this pan set based on my experience, and I hope Circulon takes greater responsibility for the quality and durability of its products.

Purchase for my daughter, she is very happy with it. She likes the handle on the lid that doesn’t get hot!

My pans for the second time have completely lost all their non stick in a matter of months. I have contacted customer support 3
X and heard nothing. I have filled out the form online and heard nothing. It’s a shame because these are lovely pans. Just not fit for purpose and customer service is non existent sadly

I asked to be referred to a manager to discuss my case. There was no reply. The company simply closed my case and I then received an email request to complete an online customer satisfaction survey.

I placed an order, but the offered 10% discount was not applied at checkout. I therefore cancelled the order immediately and followed this up in writing, asking Circulon to ensure that the item was not sent.
Despite this, delivery was attempted. I promptly refused the delivery, but was subsequently charged a £3.50 returns fee. I strongly disagree with this charge. I did not return the item after receiving it; I cancelled the order very shortly after it was placed and refused delivery when it was nevertheless sent.
It then took Circulon two weeks to respond, only to tell me that I would still be charged the £3.50. For the sake of a relatively modest sum, this ongoing customer relationship is now well and truly down the pan.

Good offer and fair delivery time

I have just added a smaller roasting tin a medium frying pan,and baking pan for pies or cakes to add to my collection. I love cooking with all of my pans, they clean so easily as well.

Really great and quick delivery, easy to order, overall very good.
One thing, the packaging was huge for a small bake tray. You can do better than that, it was probably capable of fitting 50 trays in.

Fantastic products. The quality is excellent and using the frying pans to cook actually transforms the taste and quality of the food.

Frying pan small used the most and has just slight lost it non stick so eggs was sticking
Ordered again two of them for £59.99 honestly the best cooking pans frying pans ever brought
Husband brought first set from Costco at an unbelievable price and I wouldn’t now use anything else
Fast delivery great price exceptional products but you have to follow the looking after instructions I believe hand washing them has made them last longer as we brought our daughter and son in law a set they use a dishwasher and theirs have not lasted so hand washing I would recommend

Quick delivery and the quality of the scratch defence pans are first class. Bought 3 different sizes at 1 per month and astounded how easy it is to cook with and clean them. Highly recommend. Gradually replacing another alledgedly great hexagonal pan set which is a complete waste of time and money. Wish I'd bought these first.
