Quick delivery and the quality of the scratch defence pans are first class. Bought 3 different sizes at 1 per month and astounded how easy it is to cook with and clean them. Highly recommend. Gradually replacing another alledgedly great hexagonal pan set which is a complete waste of time and money. Wish I'd bought these first.

Pans arrived fine but when wife tried frying eggs the eggs stuck to the pan.
Very upset that the non-stick expected, failed dismally.

I love these pans as they look good and are easy to clean. I have given 4 stars, as when straining spaghetti some of it slips through between the lid and the pouring lip. But I would definitely recommend them. They arrived on time, so no problems there.

I’ve used Circulon pans for many years, and they’ve always been my favourite. When I switched to an induction hob last year, I was delighted to discover that Circulon also makes induction-compatible pans. They’re absolutely fantastic!

I’ve already bought two and am now planning to replace the rest of my pots and cookware with Circulon. I love Circulon!

As this was a gift for Christmas (yes, really) I cannot in all honesty give much of a review. However I will say, they do look lovely, and delivery was very good.

Excellent cookware. Hard wearing. Does exactly as promised unlike some highly advertised alternatives.

Snap with other reviews. We have treated our £130 pan very gently (compared to eg Ikea pans that have remained perfect) as a lifetime investment. In many ways it is good but warped like in many other reviews and it sounds like we have got the same ‘cut and paste’ fob off response - including it’s our own fault for … exposing it to heat!!! Offered a 20% discount - presumably to throw another £100+ down the drain. Should have checked Which reviews where - guess what - they’re not mentioned vs pans less than half the price

Nonstick gave up within months just like cheap pans, food sticks, heat is uneven. Overpriced tat and disappointing. Reply from customer service "you've had the heating to high". This morning made 2 eggs in one frying pan medium heat and stuck like they were paying rent!!!!

Total garbage.

Reply to circlon, you needant have bothered sharing the standard template.

My Circlon has performed poorly since I started using it. I own a Ninja set that I bought before it, and that set still outperforms the Circlon by a country mile. The Circlon set is not fit for purpose.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality (section 9) and fit for purpose (section 10). This set is neither. I do not want a repair or a replacement set as I requested a full refund.

I have also raised this with the Ombudsman, as I believe this is not an isolated case.

Instead they sent an 8.5 inch circulon pan so WRONG ITEM and WRONG MAKE and WRONG SIZE
MEYER KEEP IGNORING THE EMAILS to refund the Pan and refuse to collect as I am severely disabled.

Honoured lifetime guarantee

I purchased a set of scratch defense pans 3 years ago from a high end store.i made the purchase as they offered a lifetime guarantee however after the above time both pans have lost any of their nonstick properties unless douced in oil.
I made a complaint to them on their UK site and waited 3 weeks and got no reply. I decided to ring them and spoke to an agent who said the matter would be investigated immediately. On the same working day I was told that the pans had been used on high heat and as such they couldn't honour the guarantee. I duly explained via email that this was what I expected after paying for the "quality" and the backup lifetime guarantee. They suggested I return them at my own expense for a visual inspection. This was unacceptable as I would be shipping from Ireland to the UK and would incur extra costs as post and vat and other EU handling fees. Thus throwing good money after bad. As they don't have an Irish office I would advise a buyer beware caution here. While the pans were nothing special to begin with I've decided to cut my losses. Never again
In response to circulon comment below my ticket number was #412786 and I would appreciate a review but I expect no change to their initial response. I am not prepared to spend anymore money on the product. I believe your lifetime guarantee should not be offered in Ireland as you failed to go honour it. The product was used as intended cared for as instructed and from a few mobile phone pictures you can determine it's my fault and having read other reviews it seems I'm not an isolated case. You offered me a 20% discount on future purchases which I will never use. I would like you to honour your guarantee as this is what I paid for.
