Excellent quality very pleased with pots!

One of pans scratched badly, made complaint, not easy to contact, can’t speak with anyone just online only, now one week later still no response.
Quick enough to take my money but slow in response.

The pan is excellent, and we were kept informed by Mayer group on delivery.

A high quality product. Previous ones lasted decades and were still brilliant but had to change due to new induction hob.

Delighted with the saucepan set - scratch defence! Ordering online was straightforward, delivery on time too. The packages were very safely wrapped to protect the pans. Have used the set a couple of times so far so good. Boils rapidly, easy to clean. Top marks so far.

Great pans!

Decided to invest nearly £300 on what I thought would be the ultimate in cook ware at the price. A 6 pan set of Halo laserdefence!!
1. Take forever to reach heat.
2. Lid knobs are really hot and a cloth needed to lift them(Don’t have to do that on a cheap set!!)
3. Trying to remove the smell of food from the silicon rubber on the lids is a nightmare.
Starting to regret my investment. If I still had the box they would be on their way back.
On the plus side delivery was excellent

Easy to order. Despatched and delivered quickly. Have owned a set of these pans for years, they really are hard wearing. Highly recommended.

I am still waiting on the first package which has the main pots and Pans . The Amazon delivery person left it at a property not ours. We had an OTP for the second package to ensure we received it but not for the first package which was strange . We really want theses pots as we have heard how good they are so please sort out

Stockpot doesn't work properly on induction, unlike my three Circulon frying pans. I phoned twice but they couldn't hear me, so as instructed I Whatsapped with full details, receipt, photos. No response so I emailed. No response. After three days I telephoned again. He 'meant to respond to my WhatsApp’. Asked me loads of questions, I subsequently received an email saying I should get my hob checked. I have replied to explain yet again there is nothing wrong with my hob and all my other pots and pans work perfectly but it's gone dead.
EDIT: I persevered and eventually I was offered a credit to choose another item.

Unfortunately, regarding the pots that arrived with factory damage, the company initially asked for photos and promised quick help to resolve the issue. Regrettably, after I sent the photos, all contact with them completely stopped.

I am not in a position to review my product as it still has not arrived! I was due 1 week ago & still not here and the tracking number does not exist. I have contacted Circulon who gave asked me to wait until the start of next week.

Could have given -1! Lasted less than 6 months, 60£ down the drain. Still under warranty, guess what! They said they can’t honour it because they think it was used under excessive heat lol. Charlatans! Tefal for a tenner outlived it already and no marks or discolouration whatsoever.

As with so many other people providing a single star review, I was also told that the pan has been mis-used at high temperatures by Circulon customer service. I even sent the pan to them to show that it had not been misused or scratched or washed in a dishwasher etc etc but alas, of course they still blamed me for the fact that it’s non-stick capability had gone. By the way I’ve had many of their pans and they have all been looked after in the same way and Circulon, in the past would say YES that pan is no longer functioning as non-stick and would send me a replacement out. It’s not a case of using it at high temperatures (I know what I’m doing when I cook!), it’s a case of using them regularly means they WEAR OUT and do not last more than a couple or three years. Clearly company policy has been changed so that they just blame the customer, whatever!
Perhaps they are losing so much in sales nowadays…they certainly have with me. I will buy cheap alternatives and when they “wear out” it won’t be breaking the bank to replace them! Yes Circulon, your stuff is far too expensive for it to not last and your guarantees are worthless.

I’m very disappointed with the so-called lifetime guarantee on this cookware. When I purchased it, I expected the lifetime guarantee to provide genuine protection if there were problems with the product.
However, when I made a claim, it was rejected on the grounds that the damage was caused by “overheating.” I find this explanation very frustrating, especially when the cookware is designed to be used for cooking and heat is an essential part of its normal use.
If the lifetime guarantee has exclusions that allow claims to be rejected so easily, this should be made much clearer to customers at the time of purchase. A lifetime guarantee sounds reassuring, but in my experience, it has not provided the level of support I expected.
I would urge potential customers to carefully check the terms and conditions of the guarantee before purchasing, as the phrase “lifetime guarantee” may not offer the protection you think it does.
