I am slowly replacing my circulon pans that my late mum bought me 35 yrs ago. They are top notch.

After my review, below, Circulon were quick to respond and ask for the same information I originally sent.
Now they say that "After reviewing the images you provided, it appears that the Cookware has been affected by excessive heat, which has resulted in deterioration of the non-stick interior.
We recommend continuing to use low to medium heat for most cooking. While brief increases in temperature for specific cooking methods are acceptable..."
Problem here is that we have NEVER used this pan on high heat and it has ALWAYS been used on the lowest settings as it cooked perfectly on those settings and we did not want our food burned.
So, a great pan while it lasts, but no way worth the premium price if you are expecting matching quality.
MY ORIGINAL REVIEW
I paid a premium for Circulon pans in 2020 because the “lifetime warranty” sounded like a safe investment. Two pans failed, and Circulon replaced them, acknowledging that the faults were due to a manufacturing problem.
But the replacement frypan has now deteriorated badly, and my warranty claim (#400490), although registered, has been left hanging with no response.
Meanwhile, our £9 IKEA frypan from 2018 still performs flawlessly: genuinely non‑stick, easy to clean, and completely trouble‑free.
Circulon may charge luxury prices, but IKEA is the one delivering reliability.
Next time, we’ll stick with the brand that actually lasts and it isn’t Circulon.

Great experience

The pan is very good but over priced for such a small and shallow utensil.

Circulon products are excellent both quality and design. I thoroughly enjoy cooking with them.

So a few years ago I had a gift from a friend is was a Circulon frying pan it was a brilliant pan but a few years on i saw an advert for Hexclad frying pan and i thought (foolishly) id buy one, piad £160 it turned out to be rubbish. so i then bought my 2nd Circulon frying pan this time i don't put it in the dish washer and never use detergents on the pan and its the best pan. so much so iv now bought 2 oven trays honestly i can roast potatoes on the tray wipe it with a piece of kitchen roll and as good as new once again after reading reviews telling not to put in the dish washer and avoid harsh detergents.

My experience is the same as Debbie’s , pans have lost coating and edges are extremely sharp. Nonstick doesn’t work that well . I was give the same heat excuse, really bad customer care (when you can hold of them) really bad product , life time guarantee is a joke , mine are going in the bin after two years of use for paying £600 plus for a set .
Don’t buy

Well I love my Circulon pans, I hoped they would be the last I would have to buy given the lifetime warranty. Unfortunately I have a sauté pan that has discolored and lost its non stick in the one area. I contacted Circulon about this only to be told I have used it over high heat for prolonged periods and it’s not covered by the warranty but I can have 20% off voucher as goodwill gesture. This is a sauté pan, I use it to make one pot dishes, it definitely is not used over high heat for prolonged periods. I’ve gone back and forth with customer service and got no where. Such a shame, otherwise they are good pans but the warranty is worthless. I have asked what ‘normal usage’ is if it’s not to cook with!

I recently discovered that Circulon’s premium "Infinite" range has a remarkably finite lifespan. It turns out their famous "Lifetime Guarantee" is worthless. When you submit a claim, the warranty suddenly morphs into a masterclass in corporate gaslighting. After my two Infinite frying pans completely lost their non-stick coating, I made the mistake of expecting this brand to honour their word. It took them eight weeks of radio silence and four emails to finally reply, only to inform me that the mechanical failure of their product is entirely my fault !
Apparently, I committed the cardinal sin of using "too high a heat setting" on a frying pan. Silly me, I thought frying required actual heat. Clearly, Circulon Infinite pans are designed exclusively for cold salads and gentle, room-temperature whispering. They also claimed I didn’t clean them well enough, arguing that microscopic food particles got trapped and eroded the coating. Let that Circulon logic sink in: the premium "Hi-Low circular grooves" failed because food stuck to them, and it's my fault for not aggressively scrubbing a surface that is explicitly marketed as "food won't stick". You truly cannot make this stuff up.
To insult my intelligence one last time, they generously offered me a 20% discount to buy more of their defective metal. No thank you. I’ve already replaced them with Ninja pans, which shockingly manage to handle normal cooking temperatures and actual food without disintegrating.
If you want pans that survive basic cooking, look elsewhere. If you want to spend premium money on the "Infinite" range just to be blamed for a company's cheap manufacturing defects, buy Circulon

Spent 100 pounds on a Scratch Defense pan that warped after 6 months. This now spins freely on my induction hob and doesn't heat evenly. After struggling to get a response from customer services, eventually was advised this was caused by thermal shock and is not covered by warranty! Apparently this is my fault!! It's an oven proof pan!!! Abysmal product and untrustworthy company. Avoid.

Brilliant pans. Worth the investment. Cooking is a dream with the extreme non scratch cookware. So easy to clean.

No response to my emails sent to them on the 19th April 2026, so gave them a call today 3rd June 2026 to chase this matter up.

Case numbers, 397210, 397211, 397213, yes, 3 case numbers because 3 different Frying pans from 2 different ranges have all lost there Non-Stick capability.

Lifetime warranty is worthless, if the Frying pan gets used in any form they will have a excluding caveat! And do you know what the deciding factor in my case was?

The Frying pan had been heated too HOT? Yes you read that correctly, my frying pan must of been heated too hot when I fried my Steak and seared it? and that was the reason why my pans had lost there Non-stick capability?

They then had the cheek to say that they will offer me 20% of Circulon Products should i decide to purchase more pans but will not be giving me a free replacement under the Lifetime warranty policy!

I also see that there are plenty of other people of late who are not happy with the pans on Trust-pilot and they have been fobbed off with a 20% discount on your next purchase rather than a free replacement! Why would a bother buying another pan from then if it loses it non stick effectiveness?

I'm sorry to hear about the issue with your Circulon Cookware.

After reviewing the images you provided, it seems that the Cookware has been affected by excessive heat, resulting in a darkened base and scorched non-stick interior. Continuous exposure to high heat can unfortunately cause damage to the pan and its components.

We recommend using a lower to medium heat setting, even if starting initially with a higher heat to seal in flavours. Additionally, it's important to clean the cookware thoroughly after each use. Simply wiping down the Cookware may make it appear clean, but it can leave behind food residues. Over time, especially with high heat, these residues can build up and affect the non-stick coating's performance.

In our experience, we've noticed that users tend to apply high heat more frequently than necessary. However, given that this range features an aluminium encapsulated base and/or hard anodised body, which ensures quick and even heat distribution, there's usually no need to exceed low to medium heat levels during cooking.

Unfortunately, we're unable to offer a complimentary replacement for the Cookware. However, we'd like to extend a 20% discount code* for your next purchase.

In my opinion, AVOID,AVOID,AVOID, get yourself some USA made LODGE Skillet pans on Amazon, which are the best, or perhaps Greenpan, which are also a lot better!

Quick delivery

I am incredibly disappointed with both the durability of my Circulon Momentum induction pans and the completely absent customer support. Despite strictly following all care instructions - only using silicone or wooden utensils - the non-stick coating has prematurely flaked and chipped away, making them unsafe to use.

The product failure is bad enough, but the warranty claim process has been deeply frustrating. I submitted a claim on 19th April and have yet to receive a response despite chasing twice.

A "lifetime guarantee" is utterly worthless if the customer service team simply ghosts you. I strongly advise looking at other brands if you want pans that actually last and a company that honours its commitments.

Shocking customer service can’t get to speak to anyone other than AI response!!

I paid £7.95 for a Saturday delivery as ordered pans etc and I wanted to b at home to accept delivery !
No contact made with updates , Saturday came and went no order!
Tried to contact AI response which didn’t help ! No idea what had happened to my order ! Order then arrived on the Sunday no contact left 2 huge boxes at front door which anyone could have stolen , luckily neighbour saw them and kept at hers , tried to contact again as I wanted my delivery charge for a Saturday refunding , eventually after two attempts said they will refund along with 20% off next purchase !!! Don’t think so will not be using this company again

Every experience I’ve had dealing with this company has been worse than poor. They don’t respond to emails even for warranty claims. Three months with no reply to have to ring and ring until finally someone speaks to you. Promises you a call back the same day…..and again I find myself chasing them! The products do not meet the price point. Non stick fails and flakes off. Pans mark because they claim they’ve got “too hot” what are you meant to do with pans! Not get them hot!!! Just don’t bother it’s really not worth your time.

Very disappointed with Circulon and what they call a “lifetime guarantee.” I submitted a warranty claim because the non-stick coating - the entire reason you buy a non-stick pan, has failed despite normal domestic use and proper care. Their response was essentially that the guarantee does not cover the gradual decline of the non-stick coating over time.

So what exactly does the guarantee cover? The metal still being in one piece?

The pans themselves may remain structurally intact, but once food sticks constantly, the product no longer performs its main function. To market cookware on the strength of its non-stick technology and then refuse claims when that exact feature fails feels incredibly misleading.

I provided clear, high-resolution photographs and fully explained the issue, only to be told there was no manufacturing defect and that is was normal "wear and tear".

This experience has completely put me off the brand. A lifetime guarantee sounds impressive until you discover it apparently excludes the most important part of the product.
