Circulon Avis 

We bought a 4 piece saucepan set in Nov 2020 with a lifetime guarantee. On two of the pans the coating has come off. They were never put in a dishwasher and metal utensils were not used on them. Circulon have acknowledged my claim requested photos and copies of copies of receipts were provided. My further 5 emails to chase this matter have been ignored. These are great pans for the short term or if you don’t cook much.

Had an issue that got resolved once Circulon got to know about it.Had pans from Circulon before but the Halo Laser Defence pan set are next level.Very high quality that also look amazing.Would definitely recommend these pans.Thankyou

Excellent quality

Circulon have contacted me after I left a review, blaming me for the poor performance of their frying pans and acknowledging my frustration that their lifetime guarantee isn't in fact a guarantee at all. Be aware that they'll say you cooked on too high a temperature and you didn't clean the pan properly. I wonder how many replacement frying pans have been replaced under their "guarantee"?

Bought a Circulon pan set from Very in April 2024 for £134. The non stick coating started coming away from the pan rims within 18 months of normal use and cleaning. I wrote to Circulon in December 2025 with photographic evidence, and have only just received a response from their customer service department in May 2026, asking for more information and photos, by which time I'd given up, thrown the pans away and bought a new set of stainless steel pans from John Lewis. My advice to anyone thinking about buying a circulon product is to think again. The company clearly don't care about customer feedback, or product quality.

I bought my pans three years ago after a recommendation from a friend and they’ve only ever had light use. Shockingly, after just a year I noticed they had already started to lose their non-stick coating. They’re now completely unusable and have been left sitting in a drawer.

I’ve contacted Circulon several times regarding this and have had no response at all, which is simply not good enough. You advertise a lifetime guarantee, yet don’t seem willing to respond to customers when there’s an issue. My friend has experienced exactly the same problem with their pans too.

I expected far better quality, durability and customer service from a brand with such strong guarantees behind its products. Very disappointing.

Good service team. Less so product options

Incorrect tray size, much smaller than dimensions given on website. No reply yet from customer service requesting replacement via email and web form. Not impressed with service.

Does exactly what it says. Threw myself in the deep end . Started with a Risotto then made some fudge. No sticking whatsoever. Very happy with it. The tech is very like Hexclad but at half the price. It seems to be great quality. The handle on the lid is a work of art.

The ordering proces was easy and sale price made it a great offer. This is our second circulon large frying pan and can say they are the best quality, you pay for what you get. It works perfectly on our new induction hob and has no rough edges on the bottom to scratch the hobs surface. This new one's coating looks like it will last for many years like the previous one (which is still going btw).

Great pans. Easy to clean. Even heat. Best non stick I’ve used.

Love our new set of pans. My partner often uses metal whisks etc when making sauces and our old pans were ruined. These circulon pans are fab, non scratch and wow...nothing sticks. So easy to clean the saute pan is amazing and such a fab size. Expensive but worth every penny.
The speed in which they were dispatched and delivered was fantastic too.

I have a set of Circulon Ultimum trays (with a lifetime guarantee).
Unfortunately, the non-stick coating has flaked off and the trays have rusted.

I have tried to get in touch with Circulon about this issue via both their online form, and email.
Circulon have failed to respond to me on both occasions.
I would expect a company to at least respond to a customer service request rather than ignore my emails. Unfortunately (reading through the other reviews) this is normal practice for Circulon. I won't be buying their products again.

Having used Circulon for years, they are a great set of pans but the non-stick pans kept getting scratched in the dishwasher and storage. We were going to switch to stainless steel, which we preferred not to. Then ScratchDefense came along, and we couldn't be happier. We've been using for 6 months and they look exactly the same as they did the day they arrived. We will be investing in the entire range and enjoying these for years to come. Please create baking trays with the same, Circulon!

Had the pans a while now, they are excellent. Easy to clean, lightweight exactly what you want from a nonstick pan.

Avoid! The adage you get what you pay for applies here as I have learnt to my cost. I purchased three of their pans and over time they have gone rusty. Due to being advertised with a lifetime warranty as others have done I reached out to their customer services department only to be ignored, I wish I’d seen these reviews before buying as it seems that’s normal behaviour sadly, anyway I hope others learn from my mistake and avoid this brand as the purchase price is not worth the headache of a brand that does not stand by its product and actually support its advertised warranty, very disappointing but so much of life is these days.

**Just to update that CS did reach out the day after this review went live and approved the warranty claim, took additional details and then right back to ignoring all communications, this company seems to really dislike it's customers as it was a massive waste of time for them to contact me only to go back to ignoring the warranty claim entirely. If you are looking to purchase this brand, just be aware that they do not stand by their product and buy with caution**

I've had these pans for years but the surface was wearing off showing metal so I contacted customer service as they have a lifetime warranty and they very kindly replaced them, however they are starting to do the same as before and they are not answering my e-mails..I would avoid these pans as they are rubbish and their lifetime guarantee means that you'll spend a lifetime trying to get a response from them. They replied to this review and asked me to get in touch, which I did and have heard nothing since...SCAM !!!

Update: Outstanding customer service. Circulon stand by their pans and their reputation. Just a faulty pan, and they've gone out of their way to put it right.

I've had these pans for a year now, I thought I'd give it some time before reviewing. Upon delivery I noticed the pan was quite raised in the centre. I reached out to customer support and they explained it was a feature of premium pans so they don't warp under heat and that it flattens as the temperature rises. They even linked me to page explaining this. Not the case.

I own far more expensive pans, E.G. All-Clad D3, Cristel stainless steel as well as cheaper pans, E.G. Tefal for non stick. None of them are like this.

Frustratingly I don't see an option to upload images because I've taken one where I've measured 150ml of water in the pan and the centre is not wet.

I hate this pan. Oil wells around the edges, things get burned in the centre. Get yourself a Tefal. Going in the bin.

After 12 months the coating is coming off. Heeded all the media warnings about non stick so went for these. The frying pan cannot do eggs due to the non smooth finish and 3 pans have the non stick coming off. Sent emails but hit a wall of silence - thought at this price you’d get better quality. Still using them but will replace soon - at even more cost!

See my review at the end. Here is Circulon's eventual response and then my reply following. Even less impressed now... apparently I can't use my frying pan in high heat without damaging it! This was never an issue before....

After reviewing the images you provided, it seems that the Cookware has been affected by excessive heat, resulting in a darkened base and scorched non-stick interior. Continuous exposure to high heat can unfortunately cause damage to the pan and its components.

We recommend using a lower to medium heat setting, even if starting initially with a higher heat to seal in flavours. Additionally, it's important to clean the cookware thoroughly after each use. Simply wiping down the Cookware may make it appear clean, but it can leave behind food residues. Over time, especially with high heat, these residues can build up and affect the non-stick coating's performance.

Thank you for an eventual reply. I have followed all the guidelines and then to be told I cannot use my frying pan in high heat is somewhat ridiculous to be honest. I feel this is where Circulon and I part ways.

Many thanks for your reply and I will feed this back. I have not misused my pan, I have hardly ever put it in the dishwasher, despite it being able to go in and I always have washed it afterwards. The discolouring of the base does not affect the performance of the pan in terms of it's non-stick capabilities.

Yes, I am disappointed as it feels like you are changing the goal posts for the warranty after I bought the pan.

"I have had Circulon pans for a while now. A couple of years ago the non-stick coating on one of them deteriorated quite badly. Circulon were brilliant then and replaced it immediately so i would have given them 5 stars.

I have had the same issue happen again and I raised a warranty claim as told do so by the website but i have heard nothing back. I've tried to get in touch but you can't phone any more but I've had nothing back so I'm quite disappointed as they've obviously gone backwards in customer service."
