Ordered a pair of sunglasses and they didn’t manage to send them in 3 weeks and I reached out since they promised a 5-7 day delivery and they said it will be shipped in a day.

It has now been another week so I cancelled my order. Wow.

Scam.
Items never arrived, customer service email didn't work. Chat is with bots. I've requested a refund, if I don't get it, I will claim through Amex

The glasses are insanely expensive, even on sale, when compared the quality you get. Contacted support about cancelling the order 3 minutes after ordering - and the purposely ignore you until the package is sent 2 days later, so they force you to pay for shipping again(which is more expensive then the glasses). Horrible.. Stay away.

Ordered glasses, no mention of glasses being a pre order but after contacting customer service they said they’d be shipped a month later, I think pre ordering sunglasses is odd in itself but that’s not why I think this is a poor brand. I explained why I ordered them and what I needed them for, I just got the same repeated message every time I emailed and it took days to reply each time, the customer service is some of the worst I’ve experienced, whilst the product is good and well priced, the team behind this are rude and unhelpful, seemingly a side product from Vik where he cares about hooking up his famous friends with a product and making extra money, doesn’t seem there is any actual support or help for customers

Stuck in preparing package for weeks and to ask PayPal to step in… sent them multiple emails and nothing. Don’t recommend

Ordered two pairs of glasses nearly a month ago. When I went to customer support realised I wasn’t even talking to a real person but instead talking to an ai bot as all the responses were from a company that uses ai for customer support. Very poor communication and very slow delivery

If I could give zero stars believe me I would. Ordered glasses 29/05/26 for my son's prom on 26/06/26. No updates unless you chase them yourself. I had to purchase from another company as the they still did not arrive and as of today despite repeated emails to them I have not received them or a refund. Apparently lost in transit.

Avoid this company at all costs as they are incompetent and you may as well throw your cash out of your front door.

Finally resolved my dispute with this shoddy company after four months. I've got my money back.

Ordered 2 pairs of sunglasses on 10/06. Listed as pre-order for 26/06, then changed twice. Been showing as in stock for last week and still not shipped. No response to any emails or messages. No updates. Do NOT purchase from here. Never expected this from a company associated with Vikkstar.

Great, nice people. Really Felt like I talked to a real person who wants the best for me.

No communications on delays or where my order is, taking over 3 days to reply to online messages/contact about my order, and you can’t cancel your order without them acknowledging it and processing the cancellation!

I’m not sure how these guys are allowed to trade.

The quality is really good, and it was delivered farly fast

30 days and i have not gotten my glasses, whenever i contact customer service i get the same copy-paste ai-looking response that the delivery is taking longer than expected. Im now requesting a refund, do not purchase these glasses if you actually want to get them.

Na 3 weken nog steeds niks binnen, een paar keer contact gehad met de klantenservice en ze zijn er heel vaag mee en ze blijven me maar een trackinglink sturen die het niet doet, ik vraag nu al 2 keer dat ik mijn geld terug wil maar er zit geen actie in, ik zou hier niet proberen te bestellen.

Package was lost in transit and after a month of back and fourth with the customer they shared they lost them and offered no compensation.

The staff were short and unresponsive and unhelpful.

Product not great and been waiting over 3.5 for refund and no reply to emails.

Do not buy from the US! First charged 60 for glasses that cost them less than half to make. PLUS you’ll get charged an additional $50 from customs. These are not $110 dollar glasses. Look cool, cheap feel. Go with temu for the same thing.
