Avoid at all costs! Poor customer service - items returned recorded delivery over a month ago with tracking and they state not received in warehouse and I have to wait for it to show up. £60 that I won’t be getting back

Very poor build quality - wish/temu build quality. Company owned by a scammer youtuber

Fast delivery and really great customer support. But the sunglasses came in fairly low quality and don’t hold up against other brands in the same price range.

Saw the vikstar promotion so bought some glasses. Nothing special my pair I bought from DH gate was better quality! Went to return and had to pay the £5 return fee myself. No communication weeks after returning for refund still waiting.

You can find these sunglasses on Alibaba for 10% of the price of these.

These are literally rebranded cheap Chinese sunglasses, they’re crap. Obvious money grab attempt from greedy YouTubers as always

Sunglasses are not the best, they’re also not awful. Personally didnt like the style so wanted to return.

You have to pay to return your item - so much for try risk-free.

Also support is an absolute joke. Stephen from support is probably the most useless person and should be sacked immediately. After returning via Royal Mail tracked and confirmation it was delivered… Circulr refuse to process a refund stating they haven’t received the item.

No matter what tracking information you give them they simply refuse to refund. Chargeback via bank only solution.

Do not even bother.

Awful quality sunglasses, just rebranded cheap glasses sold on Alibaba - have a rainbow polarisation effect when looking at electronic devices. Feels cheap and non-sturdy. They say you can try it risk-free, yet I had to pay 6 pounds to return it !!! So much for risk-free.

I ordered my glasses, Ibiza 130 and Osaka. they were supposed to be out of stock in the colour and style I wanted until June/july. But they have arrived already, they look great and the quality is brilliant 👌🏼 I sent a message to the help desk and they responded very quickly

They're just cheap frames from Ali Baba rebranded. I bought the Ibiza sunglasses and the lenses are not even glass, they're cheap plastic! Quality is rubbish, you can get the actual models from Ali Baba and Ali Express

Circulr are scammers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I ordered a pair of sunglasses, requested my order to be cancelled the day after placing the order. They told me they cannot cancel the order and for me to deny the delivery. I denied the delivery, then they told me that because it took longer than 60 days for the item to be returned to them, they cannot issue me a refund. I cannot control shipping times. All this company does is sell you cheap Chinese sunglasses then run you around in circles until 60 days have elapsed so they can then refuse a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Worth noting, I order these 18 hours and 48 minutes ago on standard delivery, and just got the notification saying they’d been delivered. Idk about quality and stuff yet but if they are half as good as what they look like I’m in for a treat. I’d also like to mention that I’ve read a good few other reviews on here being miserable about returns and quality and not being what they expect. They were £50 I mean you literally get what you pay for. And why would a prepaid returns label be included, nothing I’ve ever brought comes with a prepaid returns label.

Awful quality !! They claim to be affordable “high quality” sunglasses, but they are far from high quality.
I’m guessing they’re getting loads of returns, as they don’t give any prepaid labels only an address that I’ll have to pay to send back ! Joke !

No wonder they make money, they sell you in by saying these are cheap, high quality glasses that can be returned within 60 days. But in reality they are only cheap, and the quality was bad. And when it comes to returning them, they don't send you a prepaid return label, they send you a address and the rest is up to you. So basically in was cheaper for me to just throw them out rather than send them back.

Avoid this company at all costs unless you enjoy being misled, overcharged, and treated like your money means nothing. They conveniently hide delivery and customs fees, so if you’re outside the UK, expect an extra €30 dumped onto your order with zero transparency. On top of that, the delivery time is a complete joke—slow to the point of being unacceptable.

It gets even worse with their so-called “lifetime warranty,” which is nothing more than another cash grab. They fail to mention there’s an additional €15 fee attached to it, and if your item arrives broken straight out of the package, you’re still expected to pay it. No warning, no accountability—just more money out of your pocket.

The Circulr team clearly couldn’t care less. They brush off every issue as “not their problem,” which tells you exactly how little they value their customers.

Their claim of offering premium sunglasses at half the price is an outright joke. I’ve already paid over €70 and still haven’t even received anything. At this point, it feels less like a business and more like a scam.

This isn’t just unprofessional—it’s blatantly dishonest and incompetent. A company that operates like this has absolutely no business taking people’s money.

Well short and simple. The same glasses the great Vikstar🤡 is selling go for $2 at Aliexpress. You know whats better? You can probably get them faster by Aliexpress.
