Was charged for a subscription that I didn’t agree to. I’m still trying to return the items I purchased and didn’t use. This company is a scam. Don’t purchase anything from them.

Beware of this company.steer clear. I purchased an item clearly marked £22.99 but they have taken £29.99.
I have emailed but they failed to respond. Disgusted with them. No wonder they have such crap reviews.

Absolute scam of a company. Bought the product and was unwittingly signed up to a membership of $25 a month then $40 a month! Do not buy anything from them!

The product is crap and so is the company. I waited over a month for the product to come in was charged 40.00 for a small add bottle of crap that doesn't work been on it for 2 weeks now and there is absolutely zero changes. And getting ahold of the company is impossible 🤦

The product is great but they signed me up to a membership without my knowledge or consent luckily my bank blocked it! Underhanded and despicable

Scam!!!!!! Don't use this company. I never received my product. They also tried taking more money from my account.

Total Scam. I was automatically signed up for a subscription that cost more than the product (product I reviewed was crap). I have tried to contact Cirvano multiple times about this and they never respond.

1 star is being generous, you can’t leave a 0. I paid the full price for the product straight away. However, I was charged an extra $26.99 for no reason. A month past and I was charged an additional $39.99.

When you complain to their customer service, they don’t even reply. I have no idea why I was charged random figures months after my purchase.

I was not on any plan and have not received any more products.

I’m blocking my card to them.

Never order with this Cirvano company it’s a scam, I don’t have the product that I ordered but also they put you in a “subscription” plan that I never choose in the first place… It’s a completely scam!!!!!!!!!! Stay away 🫠

Have not received my items and this company continues to charge me. Absolute fraud, be very careful I recommend not buying any products. Have reached out to and about a week later…. No response.

I am another customer who was added to their "subscription" plan without knowing. I was charged $39.99 only a few days after placing my order. Fortunately, I was able to get the charge reversed.
Buyer beware!!! I don't recommend providing a credit card to this company.
Also note that their product arrives from Asia.

This is a scam you purchase a product and they then charge you every month for then on.

Don't buy from this absolut scammers, after I've purchased a product,a week later they drawn another payment of 19.06£ for no reason, I've tried to get in touch, no answer, eventually I had to order a new debit card.

Can I put negative 5 stars? Worst form of scammers, have taken two further payments even after flagging the first scam charge as not being mine!

Ordered from them and a week later they took more money from my bank without my authorization, so needed to change my card.

IT'S A SCAM!!!
I ordered the drops on Dec 24. On Jan 3, payment for $29.99 cleared my bank. On Jan 17, Cirvano charged my bank an unauthorized $24.99. I had to call my bank and cancel my card. I NEVER received the product, nor, did anyone respond to emails from me to them.

I bought some herbal stuff from them at the start of January 2026, a one off purchase, paid them, received the goods. Then on 18 Jan 2026 they tried to take more money out of my account, which my bank rejected but they also locked my card so I couldn't use it. I rang my bank and it turns out that Cirvano had stored my card details, now removed by by bank. I didn't even set up an account with Cirvano. It was a one time purchase only. Stay away from this company.
