BL04 was amazing at her job
BL04 was amazing at her job. Sorry I didnt ask her name, she was so proactive and friendly. I ordered a really heavy composite shed and she found a way to actually get it onto the sack truck and to the back garden which was nothing short of a miracle given how heavy it was. Also in the pouring rain. A credit to City sprint

Fabulous Service
This has got to be the best courier service I have had experience of. Courier BL04 was just so courteous and helpful from start to finish and his communications were second to none. I can’t recommend too highly!

Not trust worthy in my experience.
Trash. In one word.
Delivery from wickes was missing gravel. Driver said wickes didn't pit it on van. Signed for goods. Wickes said they did put it on van, and didn't believe me. Because driver got me to sign it as delivered unbeknownst to me. My security camera showed he was a liar. So on my next wickes delivery the same companies drivers took my slabs, concrete edging and reordered gravel and blocked my delivery, and blocked me being able to view the tracking like others have said. They then refused to update me. And kept all my goods until the 26th claiming wickes didn't give it to them to deliver.
I went to wickes in person today. Manager showed me they did not log the date 26th in the system. After I showed her footage of them at my house on the 26th August. She watched the footage. And was as confused as I have been as to why they lied about delivery date. While items are going missing. And putting updates of wickes is responsible. While not notifying wicks. They are crooked to the core if you ask me. Attitudes, stealing customers good. Being vindictive with subsequent orders and telling lies about deliveries. Just because secitiry footage caught thr man out. The other men clearly are getting revenge for their Co worker.who stole the gravel and got caught lying. So now are purposely fouling up my deliveries and not updating tracking and changing the job number so it doesn't match. Disgrace. All I did was want some building stuff for DIY. Been polite all the way with them. Despite the bad treatment. You can't expect customers to just let items go missing and not chase it up or question why it's missing when no one at wickes knows why. Wickes need to change from city sprint. They didn't update me about Mt direct phone complaint. Just made sure I couldn't get any orders on time, and lied to wickes about doing it. This is a genuine review. I am not happy about the needless poor treatment I received by city sprint drivers who delivered my orders from wickes. No soil for my beds went missing just building supplies. Go figure. To add i gave wickes all video footage of deliveries. You can request it all from them.
