Garden Gravel
I had ordered three bags of gravel for delivery as I dont drive. The delivery driver was very helpful asking me where he should leave it. This is a markedly better experience from the last order of gravel that was delivered by another delivery service, and throw onto my outside door mat, so we'll done CitySprint and thank you courier BL23.

My courier was really helpful, I asked if he could take the delivery with really heavy compost bags into our back garden. He was really kind and agreed and expertly sorted it. Great Service.

Gareth (PA01) is very friendly, efficient and trust worthy. He comes into our office discretly to collect the out going medical records and give us our delivery. He manages this without disturbing anyone working. He arrives about the same time each week and can be relied upon. He has also mastered the confusion of our two sites without a complaint.

Very efficient delivery
I was kept in the loop and tracked the order. The man that delivered (BL23) was very efficient and polite. Considering it was 31 degrees he still delivered quickly

The delivery driver was very polite

We ordered 9 packs of topsoil from Wickes, and the courier, BL23 from Bristol Service Centre, did an excellent job. The delivery was right on time, and he was very polite, friendly, and professional throughout. Great service, much appreciated.

Absolutely shocking experience
Absolutely shocking experience. Time for delivery was between 1500 and 1900 hours. They informed me they were on their way by a generic message with tracking facilities, at 1844 hours. I tracked them, already running late, their tracking stopped literally 30 seconds from my door, at the end of my road. It was now past 1900 hours, they close business at 1900! I received an automated call that cut off and then the tracking stopped and said the delivery was cancelled. Still have not received any further contact from them, so had to call the company they were delivering from to find out they were going to redeliver two days later! I have since found out they have been bought out by DPD - `enough said!!
