Excellent service
This is the second delivery I have received with the same driver. He was so helpful and put the order into my back garden saving me from carrying heavy bags from the front to the bag. He was also very friendly. It was delivered by ED 11

Great service
Great service. Notified of delivery window and delivered on time. Courteous courier who went above and beyond (asking where chips and slabs were to be carried to)-unexpected but extremely gratifying.
EH11/Barry- please pass on my thanks to Barry.

The driver 'ED 11' was great - arrived on time, started unloading the order (ten bags of topsoil) and did it all while chatting cheerily. Wish all deliveries were like this.

Don't deliver
Order from Wickes not delivered. Delivery driver never knocked, was told he did but must have had the wrong property as I was watching and waiting. Poor customer service to resolve the issue. Was told it isn't CitySprints job to resolve the issue and to call the store.
