I can say that the staff were polite…
I can say that the staff were polite courteous and help full. They explained each step clearly as we went along. They showed how the different systems worked and made sure that they covered everything I needed to know. And recapped at the end. I could find no fault with the way I was treated. Thank you

Very informative and straightforward serive
Service was very friendly and informative, explaining each step of the process including the terms of contract and breakdown of payment due.
Storage unit itself was very clean and with excellent security, as you would expect.
Overall a very satisfactory experience and I would highly recommend CityStore.
