Hi Kay, we have reviewed your account and found we undercharged you by £6.41 on your first invoice. This was very clearly our error and you do not owe us this payment. Please be assured we have not added £6 a week to your price. Our Centre Manager will call you to confirm this, and we apologise for any miscommunication from us on this matter.

Easy to use
Explanations were clear and not fussy. I was offered a bigger space for less money than the space I had originally wanted. CityStore manager was helpful and friendly.

Great value for money
Great value for money, facilities are very modern and clean (unlike some other competitors in the area) and the staff is super friendly.
I wish the 24h access was included in the base price.

CityStiore is highly recommended
CityStiore is highly recommended. We were looking for a storage facility to store household (related) items. We decided to try CityStore and we were not disappointed. The facility is relatively new, has good security procedures, including a secure location to load/unload and an alarm system that identifies the storage unit affected (if opened with out security access). The final element is the CityStore staff, who are pleasant, very helpful and onsite, when the facility is open.

The facilities are great with trolleys, a lift and customer toilets.
The storage unit itself was clean, dry and very secure.

From the initial enquiry to moving in I was kept informed by Neville and the team, along with an explanation of costs involved by professional, friendly, and efficient staff onsite. Move-in was easy. I would recommend it if you need storage in the area.
