Fast delivery and excellent prices. The company is based in Singapore and delivery is via DHL which is very secure. The watch was well packaged and I am very happy with my purchase!

Was very pleased with Citywatches; their service was excellent when I was forced to return a watch that had a number deficiencies. Would like to think that I was just unlucky in being send this faulty watch. Unfortunately, my return post took three weeks, despite this Citywatches kept communicating with me throughout. The refund was executed very quickly and without question. They also allowed further discount on my next purchase which I have just received and am very pleased about.

I am very pleased with my new Skagen…
I am very pleased with my new Skagen watch, thank you.
Just a couple of points.
I did not realize the watch was not coming from Auckland and was surprised at length of time before delivery.
On Monday 27th June I received a message from DHL to say the parcel would be delivered by the end of working day, it wasn't.
The next day the same message arrived and the parcel did arrive in the morning.
So in the end a successful outcome.
Much appreciated..

I understood I was dealing with a nz company and the web site read that way but upon requesting an exchange due to the watch being too small I was told I must return at my expense to an overseas address which proved to be very expensive and not worth paying for return and redelivery of another item
