Very poor delivery service, the delivery was supposed to be delivered between 12 noon and 8 pm, 8.45pm we finally reached the company, they could not inform on the delivery time, but it was on the way was the information without any specific delivery time.

This company is a complete scammer ordered some items two months ago said they had none of them in stock and will refund. They have not refunded my money now I’m having to try and claim it back through PayPal. They will not reply to my emails. Stay away from them it’s not worth the hassle

So as promised, iv updated my review to suit the end experience. Thank you for my order 😊
I'm starting to regret ordering. Ordered Monday and it said Thursday delivery. I paid and it changed to between Thursday-Monday. I wouldn't have ordered if it wasn't going to be here until Monday. Since then iv not even had an email update or anything which is odd in comparison to most places. If it turns up then I'll remove this and start again, but just be wary if you want reassurance, or want a quicker gift, I wouldn't use these.

Poor communication from the company, they kept pushing back the refund/resend date. No refund or product received after 3 weeks and minimal responses to email communication.

100% reliable
Website was easy to use, drinks arrived on time, all bottles were individually wrapped in the box. Package was handled well it was sealed with a fragile sticker. 100% reliable.

Mistake on part of Citywide Drinks
Citywide Drinks put an incorrect address on the order and as such the order seems lost. As the card payment went through (billing address was correct), it obviously was not my error. And now they're asking me to contact Royal Mail to resolve the issue. Why should I do their work for them?
Citywide contacted me and informed that they were working at resolving the issue. Hopefully, the problem gets resolved soon to everyone's satisfaction.
