This updated review is in response to the message from Fundpera's latest reply dated May 3.

Fundpera has been citing a “bank account hold” since October 2025 as the reason funds have not been returned. As of today, that would represent a delay of approximately seven months with no refund issued.

While I cannot verify internal banking matters, it is difficult to reconcile the claim of an ongoing account restriction with Fundpera’s continued public representations of normal operations and the appearance of recent positive reviews. At minimum, this raises legitimate questions about the accuracy and consistency of the explanations being offered.

What remains undisputed is that:

Funds were paid upfront;
No funding was delivered;
A refund was requested months ago and acknowledged;
The funds have still not been returned.

Intentions and explanations do not resolve this issue. Only the return of the funds will. Until that occurs, this matter remains unresolved.

On April 23rd 2025 I paid $450 for credit repair & to build business credit to Fundpera I was advised me that they could help repair my credit & build business credit. I never heard from them on what items were disputed & never received any dispute inquiries from the credit bureaus. So after of months of no updates & no progress I received a email that they can help with business funding & I need to pay $1200 it was at that point I realized I was being scammed. I never spoke to anyone by phone it was always by email. So on on 11/13/2025 I filed a dispute with my credit card company for the $450 the credit card company Brightway I was just informed that they never received a response from Fundpera so Brightway states that they ruled in Fundpera favor. I was scammed out $450 & they are upholding a scammer. I submitted emails, & reviews from the internet where people had complaints. Where did it become possible where a company can scam people & the consumer financial institution supports the thief.

On April 23, 2025, I paid $450 to Fundpera for credit repair services and assistance with building business credit. I was advised that the company would dispute negative items on my credit report and help establish business credit.

Despite repeated attempts to obtain updates, I never received documentation showing that any disputes were filed, nor did I receive any dispute notifications from the credit bureaus. After several months, there was no progress, communication, or evidence that any services had been performed.

On October 13, 2025, I received an email from Fundpera stating that they could assist with business funding if I paid an additional $1,200. At that point, I became concerned that the company had not provided the services I paid for.

All communication with Fundpera was conducted via email only. I was never able to speak with anyone by phone. Based on my prior experience with legitimate credit repair companies, I am familiar with the credit repair process and understand that consumers receive notifications from credit bureaus when disputes are filed. No such notifications were ever received.

On November 13, 2025, I filed a dispute with my credit card issuer regarding the $450 charge. Fundpera has refused to issue a refund and has since stopped responding to phone calls and emails.

I believe Fundpera failed to provide the services promised and engaged in unfair and deceptive business practices. I am requesting a full refund of the $450 paid for services that were never rendered.

Fundpera and Max are a scam. Do not do business at all with them. They scammed me out of $7250. If anybody wants receipts... I'll be more than glad to show them. They've since stop replying to me. I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY ARE A SCAM.

They ask for fees. Paperwork looks good. They tell you it’s quick, “next day - 1 week.” I’ve received no funds, no refund, and only excuses after. Suddenly, after deposit, delay was expressed as normal for the holidays. This was a contradiction to the expected processing time quoted. It’s been almost two months waiting.

Do not use! Took my origination fee of 2300 and never delivered anything. Several calls have been made and emails to get my money back. No answer, don't bother.

They are scammers, don’t give them your money. Very horrible experience, do not send them your money. You will miss out on your own money

The representative was patient, polite, and very professional. He kept me informed the whole time and explained each step clearly. Every question was answered in detail, which made the process smooth and stress free.

Customer service was excellent, and the approval process moved faster than I expected. Everything was handled efficiently from start to finish.

⚠️ SCAM — DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY
I was scammed out of $1,355 by this company. They presented themselves as a legitimate funding company, took my money, and failed to provide the services promised. Once payment was made, communication became inconsistent and ultimately led nowhere.

I have since learned that others have had similar experiences. I am leaving this review to warn others so no one else loses their hard-earned money the way I did. Please do your research and proceed with extreme caution.

I honestly enjoyed working with them. Communication was simple, they showed me several good choices, and they managed to make the whole process surprisingly enjoyable.

Great team to handle financing with. They listened to what I needed, stayed in touch, and pushed the loan through without any stress. I’ll be coming back to them for future funding.
