You found a claim that I was unaware of…
You found a claim that I was unaware of and was able to get some money back into my account. As yet the money has not came through though.
Edit-Claim came through about a week after doing review. Really happy with the outcome.

Wonderful company that does what they say they’re going to do. Wasn’t expecting to get anything back at first, when they messaged me to say a few things they looked into had nothing to claim, then eventually, two to three months later, l received great news that one of the companies they looked into, agreed that l was overcharged nearly two grand, so that’s amazing, and will be much needed.
