I found this app easy to use
I found this app easy to use. And although you can accumulate funds easy enough, you do have to wait a long time before you can redeeem your funds.
I have used other apps that do similar and can redeem funds almost instantly incomparassion to shopback.

I bought a $5 Woolworths card to see…
I bought a $5 Woolworths card to see how the process works first time. Every link I tried & copied to different browsers all took me to a site marked as suspicious by McAfee security. I can’t view my voucher to get the number to use it. The help chat bot is useless and just repeats the same instructions to view once I’ve tried all reccomendations it would be escalated . No chat reference no. No escalation, very difficult to get help. Refunds what a joke. No phone no. No humans . You can’t get under $5 Cashback to withdraw so I’m not wasting any more money or time. Crap idea & experience. Not worth the wait or headache. Scammers can view your information also. Not a good place to store bank cards that’s for sure. I just deleted mine off the site and locked my accounts .

This service gives U more for your money. Love the fact that U can buy something and be rewarded back in cash or apply to another purchase.
The site is simple to use and keeps a tally of money banked.

The amount you get back from things…
The amount you get back from things like Coles/woolworths isn’t worth the effort but some of the deals they do are and thing like uber eats you can buy a giftcard and get like 2% back. Not a lot but it all adds up.

cashbacks from online purchases are easy, its takes a while to confirm, but its like doing purchases at a discount that is banked, so overall great platform with the cost of living happening in Australia.

Easy to use app
Easy to use app, pretty good deals fairly regularly. Cashing out is pretty straight forward. Overall have had a good experience ShopBack and will often refer to the app before I purchase anything to see if there are any discounts.
