Terrible User Experience Design and processes
The App is NOT clear - its cluttered with logos and sales pitches, basic functionality is lost in meaningless twaddle and promos. There is virtually no point uploading Receipts - How can 12 receipts (all with "partner retailers" all less than week old be flagged as "no Purchase found" then require logging a "request for help" and a manual input of the store ID number (what ever that is). Pointless - and I can't believe positive review are real.

Thanks for this detailed feedback, and sorry the app has felt cluttered and the receipt process so frustrating. We hear you that having to manually enter a store ID after a rejection feels like an unnecessary extra step, and we'll pass this on to the team as something worth simplifying.

No way to contact human when cashback rejected
feedback was missing cashback is ambiguous. When cashback rejected appeal button pretty much useless as the decision was made by computer instead of human, there is no way to contact human about this.
