I received 2 size 9 ladies cheaply made shoes
On reading their return policy
I have to pay return postage
And a 15% restocking fee
What a joke
These were for my daughters birthday
Not shop fault but it would be good if they read these reviews and banned these companies or at least added a warning or something

Sorry to hear about the mix up with the shoe sizes and how strict the return policy has been, especially with this being for your daughter's birthday. That side of things, the order, sizing and return policy, sits with Aussie Vogue directly rather than ShopBack, since we handle the Cashback rather than the retailer's products or policies. We understand this doesn't feel like a satisfying answer, but we'll make sure this feedback about the experience reaches our merchant partnerships team.

Sorry to hear the return felt so small on that purchase. Cashback rates vary by retailer and offer, but we understand a return that low doesn't feel worthwhile, and we'll pass this on.
Inconvenient but still works
It takes a long time for the returns to be confirmed online. There are a significant number of restrictions. And its very commonly the exact same return no matter how big or small the amount you spend is on physical receipts. You cant install it to your Google on a phone.

my favourite part about ShopBack Aus is…
my favourite part about ShopBack Aus is you can play games to earn points as well as scanning receipts to gain points towards real money, vouchers & gift cards, etc...
also the rewards take a while to receive considering you only receive around $0.10 for each task you complete. Most days I spend hours on the game only to make a dollar or two.. if there can be higher rewards for tasks completed that would be appreciated.
